so whats the explanation behind auchenaid heals and +spell damage then? As far as I know, those dont benefit from it at all, even though they are technically "spells" that at the time "deal damage" ....
the only reason here is "because *beep* consistency"...

I never knew there was so much confusion with cards, gosh, this is cool :D
Hero powers benefiting from spell damage would be pretty crazy :D. Some hero powers are ´´spells´´ lore-wise but they not act (cause balance is a thing i heard) like that in game. NONE of them (spell damage + blade flurry is increasing damage of aoe SPELL, not dagger itself). You never noticed that mages never do more than 1 damage fire blasts?
So.. in conclusion. [card]Auchenai Soulpriest[/card] + lesser heal does not benefit from +spell damage because neither of those are spells. HEUREKA!

well its not just hero power that turns, CoH doesnt scale with +damage, holy nova selfdamage neither, and Im certain thoughstolen heals like holy light or healing touch wouldnt either.
The text of blade flurry does not accurately describe the damage as modified by +spell power buffed minions. There should be some sort of text that explains that more clearly. I think it's fine that blade flurry and shield slam work like that, it just needs to be cleaned up on the cards a bit.

If the Spell does direct damage, it stacks with spell power. For example Eye for an Eye, Holy Wrath, Inner Rage, ETC.
Don't cards that are affected by spell damage start glowing when you have a +spell damage minion out on the board?
If shield slam and blade flurry don't get a cool-looking halo when they're buffed up, that's definitely a bug, I think.
