Its not a consistant deck. I ve seen many shaman players that had no real earlie game. What you do if you have no minions and only spells in hand? You just send it to the face? Thats something you do, when you already dealt damage from board later on, or you look for lethal, but not from start. One Sludge Belcher sometimes is enough to beat this deck. One.
It's called mulliganing for cards. There is a reason why you can mulligan for cards at the the start. So even if you do get a whole bunch of spells, you can get mulligan and get tunnel trogg, totem golem, leper gnome, knife juggler, rockbitter, feral spirit, sir finley mrrgglton, earth shock or lightning bolt. In my experience, I had HARDLY seen any shaman without an early game because of one reason, they mulligan well so they get their early game and everything escalates from their. As for sludge belcher or any other taunts such as senjin sheildmaster or Druid of the Claw, they have Earth Shock for silencing them, Lava Burst (and if needed lava shock or lightning bolt) or some other tech card such as Elemental Destruction which is basically a 3 mana flamestrike then lava burst face or any surviving enemy minion. Even if shaman doesn't have those spells, they can also use ancestral knowledge and draw into the perfect answers.

That was topdecked? Nah, it was because I let the Heart of the Cards guide me ;)
Aggro Shaman is one of the worst decks in the game if they draw badly from the off. When you are about to face it, you need to mulligan for any counters, owl/cheap taunts/AOE ... just treat it like FH. They're both equally terribleand seem unfair if they get the lead on you, but easily crushed if they draw badly and you mulliganed well.
As someone who has joined the dark side and switched to aggro shaman for the last wins for my golden portrait, I can tell you what worked best against me.
From about 100 games, my worst winrate was druid, mostly because of the taunts. The deck has a lot of burn, but doomhammer (+ rockbiters) is still the thing that does the most damage. Taunts stop that and force the shaman to damage himself to clear. Ideally you want to clear the early minions and start taunting up around turn 5. But if an aggro shaman has a dream opening with tunnel trogg into totem golem and you can't match that, the game is usually over already because you'll be low enough to kill with just burn around turn 5.
Well now that the OP has finally admitted that they don't actually know how to play Hearthstone I think it's safe to say this thread is done. It has also confirmed what I already suspected which is that almost everyone on here doesn't actually play Hearthstone...
For real. This new out-of-control aggro shaman deck is hilarious. With the taunt-avoidance spells at like NO cost along with the other obnoxious minions you are literally dead by turn 3 o 4. At least facehunter or eboladin took 5 turns or so.
I mean... REALLY? Crackle? Deal xxxx damage, deal xxx damage.... are they serious with this garbage?
I've played Reno Lock and control warrior this meta, came up against seven aggro shamans, won five. So I'm not sure what deck you're playing.
It's frustrating when they get a dream opener with double Trogg into multiple overloads, score max crackles just as you are about to stabilize, top deck doom hammer for the finish, etc. It's not the best deck but it is probably one of the least rewarding to play against or pilot.
This deck is a plague on this game, 100x worse than face hunter. I mean you can't do ANYTHING, you will die 100% if they get a good draw, which happens almost always.
Deck is just another cancer deck. Whats most annoying it completely negates taunts and burst you for big damage with cheap spells. Just recently played against one. Removed my only taunt with a cheap spell, then proceeded with double rockbiter on doomhammer. 16 damage just like that... Is it normal?
Every single day you complain about a different deck.. I think the problem might be that you aren't a good player as opposed to everything being broken.
The moral of the Aggro Shaman story is: If you can't beat it, be more good. If you can't you're actually bad. Or unlucky. And if you consistently can't beat it then you either have worse luck than me, (Not possible), or you're bad. That simple. Stop bitching and moaning and just play the god damn game.
Even with reno in hand you lose because reaching turn 6 is most of the time not done !
That meta is so fun ... Reno killed midrange and now this is more then 90% aggro deck... Shaman aggro, shaman mech, mage mech, druid token, druid aggro, mage aggro, zoo, token zoo,... On my last 25 games i meet a reno warlock and a priest so nice !
Face hunter and secret paladin because the slowest deck in this meta ! Good job blizzard !
it's a fast deck, but it doesn't typically kill opponents before turn 6.... that's uncommon. reno almost always kills this deck if you can draw him by turn 6. reno and timely weapon removal on a doomhammer is pretty much a guaranteed win.... if this deck is causing you a lot of trouble, realize that it only takes 2 or 3 tech cards to counter it effectively.... it's a strong deck with some favorable matchups, but it's far from broken.

yes its normal, any weenie rush deck is gonna have the same thing: cheap removal to clear the way for fast minions.
Ok I'm calling it now:FS is indeed an overpowered deck. I do not mean to say I'm not okay with face decks in general or that I dislike the concept for the deck at all(I actually think it is very fun to play) but it must be nerfed. After playing with the deck for a while I have come to the conclusion that, unlike face hunter, the deck can easily beat anything from warriors, priests, and other aggro decks with ease if played well. The only deck that is SLIGHTLY favored against you is renolock, and even then the amount of burst damage you have at your disposal(plus doomhammer) means you still have a decent chance of winning after they reno themselves.
I'm not trying to hate on the deck or its archetype and I'm glad shamans finally got something to play with, but it's about time people admit that in its current state the deck is simply too good.
People never seem to run out of things to complain about. Seems like the ideal game for the majority of hearthstone players is where nothing happens prior to turn 10 the the game ends when one of the players dies of fatigue.

Hearthstone is a game of "copy and pasting"

Facehunter and eboladin doesn't need a nerf, why would you then nerf a deck you consider 10x worse?!
Nothing feels better than turn 5 Doomhammer then I play Ooze
Turn 6 they try to use all their burn spells to kill me asap- Then you put down Reno
Turn 7 He concedes
Fuck cubelock

So Shaman is the problem ? you add Harrison or Ooze and youre good
Really you should stop this non-sens of nerfing this and that... Play a counter deck and you should be fine !
My mother was a Murlock, so what ?
