It's a weird deck. I've watched Kolento play it. You sometimes get minions on the board but most of the time you just get spells and have to totem. It should beat renodecks because burst counters reno.

I've never seen a deck with efficient, cheap guys and burn to finish. OMG new archetype. Might have broken the format. Pointless thread, don't know why I'm bumping it.
I've played it a bit, it's yet another deck that sometimes works, sometimes doesn't, and when it does, the person you beat is gonna be left thinking there was nothing he could have done.
You really need to draw minions at the start and spells a bit later. If you don't get that mix, you're in trouble.
Nothing new here, we've had these decks since forever. People used to whine about "unbeatable" Divine Spirit/Inner Fire shenanigans, too.
This post makes me giggle, its not like the concept or the deck is entirly new. Except for dr 1 and the 1 drop murloc, almost everything is around since gvg. The moment you face a deck that you dont know what to do against, doesnt mean a nerf should be in place. And what exactly should be nerfed? the 1/3 drop that can be removed just as easy as every other 1/3 minion?
Right? He apparently just wants Shaman removed altogether.
Liquid takes a bunch of pros rankings and average them, so perhaps they took the rankings before the last wing and before the deck was actually refined or played as much as it is.
Correct. I can totally see why. Its horrific. I mean...even when I do draw some early stuff they either ignore it or blow it away with some BS spell that costs nothing and keep charging ahead. It is what it is but for all the pissing and moaning about facehunter.... where is the whining about this even WORSE form of hand-vomiting? Oh yeah - I made a thread. Theres the whining :)

This. It's a very strong deck if you have a perfect start, but most of the time your hand is full of spells and there is nothing you can do about it. It's a very dangerous deck but very inconsistent (but so is combo druid).
I've played the deck a lot lately. I've gotten ~7-game win streaks, and 7 game lose streaks. You can have some insanely powerful draws but also some terrible ones. Also, depending what the opponent does, you may be forced to overload too much and have very awkward turns.

Burst counters Reno is a statement that assumes I have no other defense against burst.
I usually say a prayer "Dear lord, Reno Jackson, protector of all that is good and holy, and control oriented, deliver us from mindless face decks, with insane burst damage capabilities". And the good lord answers "We're gonna be rich!". 0:)
What has to be explained? The deck can do an INCREDIBLE amount of damage instantaneously. Then, if you manage to last a few turns the rockbiter, crackle BS comes out and then yet MORE spell damage cards. Ive never seen anything like it in this game. Ever. Its almost laughable.

Everything has to be explained because you made this thread to say Shaman needs to be nerfed, so YOU need to provide the explanation for why. Until you provide solid reasoning, your argument can be dismissed without evidence because it lacks evidence itself.

Not really. The opponent pretty much got crushed whenever he didn't draw Reno. You are running a worse deck than usual because of Reno so that deck has less tools to deal with aggression.
For real. This new out-of-control aggro shaman deck is hilarious. With the taunt-avoidance spells at like NO cost along with the other obnoxious minions you are literally dead by turn 3 o 4. At least facehunter or eboladin took 5 turns or so.

Seriously dude? Shaman has for the first time in too god damn long become viably competitive, and you want to go back to mindless huntards and cunts? (paladins. They're all cunts.) Get your god damn head straight and stop complaining that a decent class, a fun class can finally actually be played on ladder. I haven't lost once to a face shaman. It doesn't use to many minions so its easy to remove them. Unlike face hunter or aggro pally that usually drops a ton of minions.
I'm not salty.. But I agree, it's too strong atm. The thing with facehunters is that, you can counter it with reno. Around 10-12 health is the danger zone against facehunter, so you play reno or other heals and you're safe. Aggro shaman tho.. it's around 20 health without minions on the board. Yes Ooze can sort of counter it, but they have 2 Doomhammers and other burn spells. There are tons of taunts and heals to counter facehunter but there are ONLY 2 non-class cards that can counter weapons such as Doomhammer, Ooze and harrison. And I guess it's never been a problem before because burn aggro-shaman wasn't around before but.. 16 damage by 1 card, potentially 20+ damage by 2 Cards is just insane and imo should even be in the game.
Note: Not saying anything needs a nerf atm. The deck is new, lets give it some time before using extreme measures.
