take it with a grain of salt (in the classical sense, not gaming).
it's a website that exists to promote an esports business. they make money off subscriptions where people pay money to get 'more in depth' articles etc.
so they are always flashy news and marketing bullshit
I've killed several people with crazy but damage when they thought they were safe 23 or more health. Aggro shaman is pretty good, I honestly don't think Reynads aggro shaman is that good though and he is probably the one who influenced the snapshot greatly. Overload aggro shaman without mechs like maybe something similar to Luffy list is really good in my opinion.
Agrro Shaman this is probably one of the few aggro decks and classes that take a bit of skill and thinking because you have to deal with overload and you need to learn when or when not to use your burst. Many people don't really play the decks right and they get rekt but give it time and you will see for once, everyone on ladder playing shaman.
At least most of the minions in Facehunter are 1-2 health and can actually be killed. Tunnel Trogg, Totem Golem and Feral Spirits are all way t durable.
One aims to kill you as fast as possible without relying on minion presence (the face type, not the midrange). Even if you kill them, it doesn't make a difference, or he actually wants you to (Mad Scentist, Leper Gnome etc). The other has to establish board presence and has the aggression at hand as well.

Can you link me the list you're using? I'm looking forward to trying the archetype and see if it actually lives up to the hype :)
I don't understand how anyone can use a deck "a few times" and assume they know whether it is good or not. I have to play my own decks 50+ times normally to even remotely feel like I understand how to play it properly, let alone someone else's deck. Piloting even a well constructed deck is a deep process, that's why even when Grim Patron was a superpower budget deck, it still wasn't the most played because it was so difficult to use.
It's pretty much Luffy deck but I Made some very small changes . Worst case scenario is that you do not get your minions in the beginning and your just siting there with burst damage, this is just like hunter though right? Except they have their hero power to fall back on and I beleive they have more minions. I don't know if you've played aggro shaman before or not but if you get Finley turn one you are going to want to choose Life tap, Shapeshift, or steady shot.
I just went 16-0 with luffy's aggro shaman (not bragging, it's a face deck let's be honest), so I do believe it is quite strong.
I threw one together and was winning about 50%. So, I think a little brag is ok. I might be playing it wrong though because I can't resist a good trade. For instance, I was throwing my lava shock into a 4/2 Druid if the Fang. Not sure that's how the deck is intended to be played. And when the Ancient of War came down I was just screwed. (also guilty of trading into Darnassas and knife juggler, so I'm probably playing 100% wrong)
You guys are beeing way too harsh about the website, maybe just because you dislike the owner. Im not a reynad fanboy or similar but I watch his stream sometimes and wether you like him or not you have to admit that he is running is own commercial-business and therefor wants to promote it the best he can.
When he played the aggro shaman he went for almost rank 1. Do i think this is the best deck now? Hell no, but it worked for him wether it was new (and people didn`t know how to react) or he just went lucky. When I check for the meta snapshot i focus more on the given tier than on the actual rank as probably nobody can define the "best deck" at any given time for this game.
If anything, we're being too kind. You really cannot take that website seriously. They only ever list decks their own team come up with [or copy from elsewhere with minor changes]

Well, to be honest I probably got lucky not to run into a whole lot of druids, cause that's one of the tougher matchups for the deck. I usually try to kill off knife jugglers as well tho, if it isn't too much of a hassle. Also lava shocking a 4/2 could be a good idea if it preserves some of your minions, just gotta think about what will do more damage in the end.
errr how are you going to discover a battlecry card with a deathrattle discoverer? :P
bro..... either ur being sarcastic, or ur not reading context.
Museum Curator handles museum business > Doomhammer is a disgusting card that gets targeted alot by Harrison Jones > enemy plays Doomhammer > Mr. Jones makes his debut > Jones sends dat trash to museum > Museum Curator now have much on his plate cuz he got to deal with Garbage. ya dig? :P
if an aggro deck will be dominant then shamman deserves the spot even if they Sir finley a steady shot hp they have a clear weakness with overload, i can call that a balanced aggro deck and i'm happy for shamman at the same time.

aggro priest is better than that or any other aggro list with any other class
Bring Harrison Jones on your control and mid-range deck, problem solved

Shaggro - new class
Yesterday I made that deck and winstreaked up from R15 to R10. So it's not a bad deck.
I have never broke so many doomhammers in my life
sometimes "that belongs in a museum" echoes in my mind
It's good tho, I enjoy running harrison. Hope my meta stays like this!
