Opponent has sylvanas and mistress of pain, I manage to give him an auchenai soulpriest and then I run into the mistress of pain with another minion, ggwp.
Last Brawl, I dropped Bran and Mekkatorque, spawning Poultryizer and the Healing Bot. My opponent could deliver lethal, but he did not, having fun for 2 turns with the crazy morphs and heals and random spells all over the board. Soon I was left with only Bran, and the opponent fully healed me instead of killing me. I smiled and conceded at 30 Health.
I absolutely love close games. It's my favorite thing in any competitive game.
Vying for control all game, to win or lose when either of us are just about to get lethal.
One of my most memorable games for me was playing against some form of handlock with my homemade beast hunter. I won, extremely narrowly. The deciding factor was just timing my traps right, and if i hadnt done that, i would have lost.
It was a great feeling, and that game was insanely close.
Another game (one i lost), was against a control warrior. he had answered everything i played, but i had fought really hard and managed to get very close to lethal a few times. He won because of fatigue damage to me, but what a game.
Basically, if a game is close, and challenging, it becomes memorable and thats when i enjoy the games the most.
Getting stomped hard into the ground with absolutely no contest, or doing the same to another person, just doesnt give me any satisfaction in a game like this.
"Who am I? None of your business!" Christmas tree appears, but I'm ready. Molten Giant attacks face.
"Get down!" Molten hits it. Avenge on MC, up to 9/8. Redemption the Defender. But I planned for this.
Mountain Giant. And then... "I've got the beast in my sights!" Everything's going pretty well! One of his secret's still there though...
His turn comes and goes. Then it's my turn. He traded the Defender into BGH. Smack Molten Giant into his face -
Suddenly, Eye for an Eye. I'm on 1 health, and he has a healthy board. Oops. Play my other Ancient Watcher and taunt up it and the Molten. I can't Jaraxxus yet, I need a little more mana...
Miraculously, I make it. Jaraxxus up. Start smacking his shit and raining down infernals. Owl and Siphon Soul his Tirion. He blows his removal on my stuff but I slowly whittle him down to 14 Health. But there's a problem. He's cleared my board and used Knife Juggler, Muster, Shielded Mini. He also has one secret up. I have no Shadowflame, no boardclear, just a Mountain Giant that costs like 9, a Healbot that won't heal me out of lethal, a taunter, and my secret weapon. The latter is the only one that can save me.
I'm below 12 Health, so just in case I smack him with Jaraxxus to trigger Eye for an Eye. Nothing. Alright then, it's time.
"I... AM POWER... INCARNATE!" His entire board pops like corn. He is on 11 Health, I've got this fucker. Even Repentance popping on Deathwing doesn't matter because he's used his boardclears to deal with my infernals.
Shredder goes down. Secret goes up. He hits my face. Turn goes back to me.
Just in case, I attack with Jaraxxus first. No Eye for an Eye.
And Deathwing to kill him.
The moral of the story is: Deathwing after your back is up against the wall is the most satisfying way to win.
These days it is almost commonplace for an opponent to concede upon realizing they've lost.
The most satisfying wins are the ones where you've got such a good final play that the opponent does not know they've lost and thus you win by killing rather than concession.
I just played a match with my highlander mage against a Cancer Warlock. I had Iceblock up, and he had board control including maybe 2-3 minions and a just below full health Malganis. He had to eat through the Iceblock first, but he had me at lethal otherwise. In my hand, however, is Reno, a Resurrect and a Shadowstep (courtesy of Sarad). I pop Reno, Shadowstep him, fireball Malganis down, and play resurrect which brings me back Thaurissan. And then.... he concedes. =)
A ton of RNJeebus in that, but satisfying nonetheless.
My favorite win was against a hunter and I was a priest. He had me at 3 health and kept hero powering me down to 1 but then i would hero power myself back to 3 and this was happening for like 4 turns and then I top decked healbot. and put down couple other cards to win the game.

We've all played our fair share of games.
What way makes you smirk, and enjoy the game most?
Is it a combo, or just the right situation.
For me, it's beating someone after they spam emotes the entire game.
Just feels right.
As an average of 4 wins arena player speaking; every arena game I win is satisfying.
I'd say it's easily a serious comeback against someone who's been spamming emotes and/or playing a cancer deck.
A game against an interesting deck, played by a skilled, polite opponent.

Well, I did NOT win, but it was very satisfying!

Storytime! Me Handlock vs Secret pally.
He hits me hard and fast. I'm down to 9 health on turn 6. Boom, Ancient Watcher! Shadowflame! Molten Giant!
His board is clear, I have a Molten Giant.
"Who am I? None of your business!" Christmas tree appears, but I'm ready. Molten Giant attacks face.

I enjoy it when you have 1 health left and your opponent has some substantial amount of health left but you comeback!!!
Always satisfying. RENO FOR THE WIN!!!!

Today some jackass said "Sorry" because he had his second blade flurry + deadly poison combo in hand to clear my board.
Sadly he still had not enough pressure and cards to win. So I said "sorry" back when I stomped him. Justice.

Loving the stories guys!
Top decking savage roar for balanced combo on turn 9 for lethal. Bring on the haters!
My favorite win was against a hunter and I was a priest. He had me at 3 health and kept hero powering me down to 1 but then i would hero power myself back to 3 and this was happening for like 4 turns and then I top decked healbot. and put down couple other cards to win the game.
Was playing another Hunter in the Arena who went face the entire time and had me 1 turn from lethal (turn 7).
With a Tundra Rhino on the board, played a Puddlestomper and ate it with a Hungry Crab (via Webspinner) to eke out the last 3 damage.
I've been waiting SO LONG to see an MVP Hungry Crab play
Thank you!
