Well, since you offered :p I am currently rank 5 with my mech shaman deck which you can find in my signature. I climbed from 9-5 in like 2-3 hours which I think is solid. I have a simple mulligan guide in the intro to help out.

Yeah, its currently teched against midrange decks, if you play lots of aggro take out gorrilla bots and lightning bolts and put in Feral Spirits and Lava Bursts
Jumped from 18 to 11 yesterday on Tempo Mage. A lot of things started to click, and I've figured out how to play the deck against various classes. At 11 I've hit a rash of locks, which seems to be a tough matchup.
How does everyone think the meta will shake out once the final wing is released? Anyone see new decks happening? I am sitting on about 3k dust and getting itchy.
You can check my collection, mostly have Druid, Shaman, Warlock (Mal' Ganis)
Personally I think the cards out of the last wing that will be played in constructed are: Eerie Statue, Museum Curator, Raven Idol, Desert Camel and Tomb Pillager. It's hard to tell how big an impact any of them will have, but I see all of them seeing play eventually. I think the card that is most likely to have a big impact is Tomb Pillager. I play a lot of oil rogue and combo rogue decks and this fits perfectly, and it may also fit nicely into a more midrangey rogue deck, maybe in a midrange deathrattle rogue? Who knows. Does anyone see any new decks coming out of the last wing?
I'm not sure what deck to play this season. Tried MidRange Hunter and Aggro Shaman but they don't seem to be working at Rank 16. Maybe I've just hit a wall. Normally I can get to around Rank 4 though. If anyone has any deck suggestions for me let me know.
I found raptor rouge to be great from about rank 18-11 just because of all the aggro you trade really easily and still have really strong minions on the board. Give that a go if you are struggling

Check me out at twitch! Might not be streaming now but a follow would be nice anyway.
Piloted my Inspire Shaman to rank 5 last season, gonna try and get to Legend this season. (Current iteration is sitting around rank 15, tech cards will probably change as the meta shifts from week to week and rank to rank.)
I might try a push for legend this season (since theres some days off work coming up). Got rank 5 last season with flamewaker mage, sitting at rank 13 atm have only played a few nights to complete quests and expansion wings.
Gonna be playing flamewaker mage and controlpriest (gotta love Entomb).

Up to 10 so far after spending a few days screwing around. Time to keep climbing... It is very satisfying making an original deck that doesn't suck for once lol.
Congrats and good luck to all trying to go for legend!
I'd already be happy to reach rank 7 again this season, it was quite a feat for me in November! :) I'll use my Dragon Bran Priest deck, Face hunter, Tempo Mage and New Shaman Aggro overload. Let's see how they work out!
What deck is the best to reach legend this season? Something that's easy to play and where i just have to put in a ton of time and eventually i'll get legend with this deck? Played 100 games with demon zoo but that clearly sucks with a winrate of 59% atm. Just lost a bunch of game and cut myself in the face (time to cut my nails it seems), hence i wanna switch deck to something else, previous best record is rank 1 and 5 stars, got 6k wins in total with 9 golden classes and have played since the beta in october, so i ought to know the basic.
Any tips or suggestions?
I've been using a mech mage with Antonidas and Gorilla Bot, seems to be easy enough to use

What was your win-% to legend? Did you only play that deck the whole way to legend?
I'm using Kolento's burst shaman deck and I love it. I climb very slowly as I'm no Kolento and lose a lot with it, but still enjoy it. Today I climbed from 15 to 13, so there are some progress. Against aggro druid the deck is like an autoloss, so I do not expect a quick climb this month. Later might switch to something more OP, but will play this for a while.
Tempo Mage is an offensive archetype, you don't really want any tech in it. I'd replace Kezan and Acolyte with Mad Scientists. Most don't use Thaurissan or Loatheb, I can see some value in Them but you're also leaving out Antonidas / Flamewaker food for them.
Here's the age old question. Since this game is basically all luck, how do you ladder without wanting to smash something? Do you just "play for fun" and not care since what you do has no impact whatsoever? although this seems to go against playing in a competitive ladder where the idea by definition is to win games. The other option is to sit there, plan, strategise, plan, think, calculate, predict, plan, anticipate and generally kid yourself into believing that any of this makes the slightest bit of difference, and then feel massively aggrieved to the point throwing of your monitor out the window when your opponent just happens to have every card he needs all the time.
In a game that is basically pseudo-strategy (i.e. the appearance of there being strategy when the result is entirely determined by luck) which is the best way of going about playing this nonsense. I'd be interested to hear what people think since both approaches seem equally ridiculous in my mind.
poor boy, I am sorry for your horribly bad luck!!! but, honestly, I think with this approach you are just wrong in this thread: There is the "salt thread" for complaing about "Hearthstone is all rng"...
