Made it to 12 wins in Heroic Duels. I played a rush warrior. My most important treasuer were "set minions attack to hp" and "all minions that cost more then 5 cost 5".
All in all my deck didnt feel really op. I had runs with decks i felt invincibel and lost way earlier.
My Deck of Lunacy no-minion mage finally gets paired up with a bomb warrior, and I got to witness the never-before seen Blastmaster Boom dropped on the board as a vanilla 7/7. Can't summon boom bots if you don't shuffle in bombs!
Oh.. you did? Where'd they go?
And if that wasn't enough, later in that same game, after the bombs were gone, he got his weapon back with a Hoard Pillager and swung two more times. But thankfully, The Amazing Reno decided to cast one more Deck of Lunacy for free with What Does This Do? and keep me alive.
Played "one more game" of Battlegrounds that just so happened to be my longest game ever by a significant margin. Three players were left by turn 20 at around 6K MMR. My build wasn't even the strongest, but by far the most ridiculous one I ever ended up with.
And I want to send thanks for two players with the same number in the battletag: Laocoont (Double Yogg Mage) and Richa (Renounce Warlock) for NOT playing boring meta decks: it was pleasure to play with you!

Holy fuck guys I just beat a Tickatus Warlock with my C'thun Control Priest. Won by the skin of my teeth, came down to fatigue. They were emoting the whole match too thinking they had the game in the bag. This is why you never give up. Feelsgoodman
It's always interesting when you get Legend as just a consequence of trying to win enough ranked games to unlock a portrait. Happened with 500 Shaman wins for me back when Tunnel Trogg was everywhere, now for Paladin 1k wins. New Legend is easier to get than Old Legend but you know what I mean. :)
Feels good to hit 9 damage to Demon Hunter in the face as a Druid and kill him with 9 damage exactly, while gaining 8 armor in the process just to rub more salt in the wound.
Shout outs to that cool shaman I played in casual earlier.
I don't know when you noticed I was playing some janky, corrupt deck to complete the quest, but I thank you for being the gentleman/woman and conceding after I played out all my cards and was obviously going to lose.
I didn't concede right away because I thought maybe you were doing the same thing, and then you played Y'shaarj and dunked/medic'd all your own minions. Maybe it was just the quest, too!
Your deck was way better than mine, though, maybe even somewhat viable, even.
Anyway, it's cool to feel like you've actually communicated with your opponent, without actually communicating with your opponent. Cheers!
Man Control Warlock is pretty strong now. New 4th Soul Fragment generator, Hysteria, and Armor Vendor pushed it over the top. Not gonna lie I'm playing with Tickatus...but how can you not? I feel dirty.
Gotta say, as bad as I know it is for the game, I LOVE playing the Tiller OTK to ruin HS Try Hards and their all golden decks. Makes me all warm and fuzzy to wreck their flex.
And I am probably in the minority of players that feel OTK combos are needed in order to maintain the Rock, Paper, Scissors nature of the game. Just as control is needed to keep Aggro in check, the same stands for Combo to keep Control honest.
Oh well......Tiller was fun while it lasted. I'll just have to go back to Mecha'Thun Warlock for my OTK fun. It still surprises folks from time to time when I'm on my card draw quest.

Grammar is the difference between knowing your crap, and knowing you’re crap.
The first class I ever liked(And favourite Warcraft character) and never thought I'd get to 500. It was hard considering I have no good cards for mage besides FLJ but I finally made it.
As much as I'm amazed to admit it, I actually had a fun game against a priest. Even though I was 2 off lethal in the end and hence lost with my last desperate attack, it was a very exciting match. Too bad he drew Soul Mirror on time just when I had crushed him on board. But to be honest I kind of expected that. Turns out if they don't play that resurrection crap and use some dragons and stuff, priest can actually be a decent class. (I still was annoyed by all that card generation, but you know, baby steps.)

What kind of fruit machines have you been playing that DON'T have microtransactions? (:

Always nice to see an unpopular legendary really paying off. One turn earlier my opponent cleared my board with the Mask of C'Thun.
Then I played Gandling + Desk Imp + Desk Imp + Boneweb egg + Tour Guide.
One turn after I drew Wicked Whispers and won the game.

That feeling when you have Acidic Swamp Ooze when the Evolve Shaman plays his Boggspine Knuckles turn 5 and passes his turn.

Thanks, bro. Once in a while, you pull through.
If you look closely in my hand, you know how I won. I played highlander Druid.
"Minion to minion the basic of all combats, only a fool trusts his win to an OTK"

I did it again, wild dad legend (Diamond 5) with my own take on Quest Mage with giants. This time with the help of... drumroll...

Got the last card I needed for the full set coin!
Just wish the game hadn't used my gold legendary karma on such a meh card though.
