To my recent Hunter opponent on the Wild Ladder who went all in on Turn 2 after playing Galvanisor on Turn 1. After you dropped double Mechwarper, Spider Bomb and Jo-E Bot you probably thought you'd won....
I opened my 3 RoS packs from today's adventure wing and guess what: Nine Lives, EVIL Miscreant (already dusted 8 of them) and Swampqueen Hagatha! Sure, I had to open 32 packs before finding a legendary, but still feelsreallygoodman
Sooo... this happened just a few moments ago. I'm posting this here because I'm not even triggered or salty.
Standard Casual: I'm playing Overload Shaman (my first game just yesterday: my prediction is that it will be super good with the Thunderhead buff, so I'm trying to find the best list for me) and he's playing Hunter.
Turn 1: I play Sludge Slurper and he instantly concedes; a few moments later he sends me a friend request and the rest is explained by the picture.
Now, I now netdecking is a problem and all, but I was even favourable to have a rematch in order to make him see he was wrong but no: he already shot his shot so nothing to do about it. Thanks for the win I guess.
Playing Reno Burgle Rogue on ranked, having fun, queuing against quest mage... I have my Archmage Vargoth on the board, I draw my Azalina Soulthief in time. There is nothing better than letting him finish his quest, stealing his entire combo hand with Azalina, playing the Time Warp when my Vargoth still sticks, and finishing him with Fireball from Archmage Antonidas on turn 3 in a row:)
I had a Watch and Learn quest today, and I watched this friend of mine win a great game against a Mech Hunter as a Control Shaman. To top it off, the pack I got from the quest yielded me a Malygos! I finally unpacked a useful classic legendary lol.
I then went on an 8-game winning streak that got me over the rank 5 floor, just in time before the season ends. What a blessed day this turned out to be.
my luck is insane recently. I have gotten 3 golden legendaries in the space of about 10 packs. I got a golden lucentbark, then got a golden oblivitron a few packs later.
I was opening K&C packs tonight with gold to try and get the shaman legendary spell for some cool carpet shaman/token deck ideas, and I get a Golden Mecha'thun in the 2nd pack.
Now it used to be that I'd only see a golden legendary maybe once a year, but I had known other people get a few from expacs.
Maybe this is just my golden luck all coming at once or something, seems crazy to have gotten 3 in such a short period of time.
Anyone else notice their luck getting better lately in regards to packs?
Just opened The Boom Reaver and I have enough dust to craft Akali, the Rhino. I hate most current iterations of Warrior but I would be THRILLED to give Big Warrior a shot.
So today is my cake day, so my girlfriend alongside other presents gifted me a Classic Pack Wallet, it was such a nice touch and I feel very happy right now, best BD ever ;)
I know the site is shutting down so posting content here is kind of pointless but this I have to share. I have just witnessed the worse missed lethal in a high win Arena run. Mage vs Mage, 8 wins. He gets Archmage Antonidas from Messenger Raven and I have no way of killing it. Next turn 2x Fireball to face + ping, leaves me at 13 hp. So the next turn he just has to do the same. He has the Fireballs as he got them from Antonidas... Should have conceded but I put down my own Archmage Antonidas just for show. And instead of just killing me, he Fireballs my Antonidas and next turn concedes. Never was so baffled by a play.
Why do people sometimes play themselves? I won 2 games against Cyclone Mages today because they got Doomsayer from Astromancer for literally zero reason. Thanks for the win xd
Today I needed 30 gold for a pack and I couldn't win a single game for 20 minutes in f-ing Casual, so I go to Ranked (dumpster Legend in Wild) and face a bunch of meme decks which should obviously be in Casual way more frequently than the tier 1 shit I'm facing. Not only did I manage to win enough gold with my crappy meme decks, but I also had around 5 games that were genuinely REALLY fun. To all you guys who played me, thanks for the great experience, wish the game was more often like this and less about tryharding

This game was really fun. Shark rogue is the truth.

But Devolve had other plans....

4/3/19 RIP Keith Flint. 😔

Good luck to all of you with your own packs!
Did you ever play Skulking Geist and burn half of your opponent's deck?
sometimes you get an absolutely nutty run.
"your minions cost half" + "your minions have +1/+1"

Bested a Odd Paladin in Casual when I was just dinking around and de-rusting my off-meta Inner Fire Priest. FeelsGoodMan

I do what I must, when I must. Know this well.
Finally managed to quit Hearthstone. I feel so liberated. Good luck to all addicted.
Animal Companion into Huffer into top deck Dire Frenzy into top deck Dire Frenzy.
I feel so dirty with all that SMOrc but damn it felt so good.
I just beat a big priest... Why is that so special?
1) It was casual
2) I was playing a pile of warlock class cards to complete a quest
3) And I actually won
Eat that big priest infecting casual! Hope you learned your lesson!

I just took a Control Shaman down to fatigue and won thanks to Dire Frenzy and Vicious Scalehide shenanigans.
Props to him for getting Archmage Antonidas out of Mutate and making me play Zul'jin way before I wanted to (just had a couple of useful spells in it)

Finally reached rank 5 (never had the time to do the grinding).
Time to mess around with crappy "homebrew" decks now :3
