Finally made it to legend, playing since KOFT. I know it isn't that big of a deal, but boy am I happy it's finally done at least once. I played the same guy FOUR times before finishing against a hunter and a druid. Felt really bad beating the other guy 3 out of 4 and costing him so many stars.
Just had the most satisfying win against Jade Druid using Burgle Rogue, he had all the tools at his disposal to win but lost because he got careless: https://hsreplay.net/replay/VNHYXsEgwmZbeUjhPvBZK3
Last hour of the brawl, faced a Antonidas Mage. After playing Academic Espionage, he plays 2 Research Projects to mill me I guess. Gave me a two 1 mana Research Projects and milled my card. With 9 cards in his hand, I dumped my hand and played both Research Projects, milled his Antonidas and 2 other cards. He kept going, copying his Fledgings, didn't get windfury, Managed to kills his board, eventually he quits. Good riddance.
Also, either the dumbest legend player or couldn't play any other cards.
I've been spending all my gold on arena before the expansion announcement, but at some point I've decided to start buying Witchwood packs until I hit my legendary pity timer and then start saving gold. I bought 1 pack and got Shudderwock.
Several weeks of gold saving has passed. I bought myself an arena ticket yesterday thinkning that I'll manage to go infinite as usual without spending more than the initial 150g. Of course I've made a shitty draft and went 1-3. I immediately closed the game and forgot to open that arena Boomsday pack. Today I opened it and got shaman's legendary spell and an epic I wanted.
My opening was so-so. Although, pushing, clear board advantage and no evident mistake, the golden rule of Zoolock is not to have more than like 10 attack early on the board. I rushed more stats then needed, and at the same time all together it would be just a bit less than 15 HP if he was going to play Volcano. Therefore, my post-AoE refill could be harder.
Then he dropped Electra Stormsurge and I was like: "That's it Tuscarora87, you smartass! :-/" But no, instead of Lightning Storm, he emoted: "Well Played", and then: 2 X Healing Rain (to bring his health from 8 HP up to full). I said: "Ummm, okay, back to 30 isn't something unexpected and you didn't clear my board..." It was worse for him than I thought. He activated my Lightwarden more than 20 times for whipping 53 DMG on t7. Even without any activation, I would still kill him with Leeroy Jenkins the next turn.
The first rule of playing against Quest Warrior is if you fill your side of the board with minions, the Ragnaros shot will hit your face every time. Every. Single. Time.
On a nice winning streak with my Star Aligner Deathrattle Rogue. Highlight so far would be beating a Druid who, when I had 4 Mechanical Dragons on the board thought he could cover by playing Spreading Plague. He certainly didn't expect a Star Aligner to come out and take 35 damage to face.
Playing Deathrattle Rogue against Elemental Mage. Some lucky breaks push the game to the end of the deck, but they already got up Frost Lich Jaina so I know it's a lost cause but whatever let's play it out. They play Sindragosa and hero power the frozen champions while i'm fighting them off. At this point I have 1 card in my hand - Assassinate - and draw my last before fatigue - Violet Haze. Play Haze and get Plated Beetle and...Mecha'thun. Toss the beetle out to get killed even though there's no way to make this work, right? Not unless the Mage plays one of the legendaries they got off Frozen Champions...and it just happens to be Duskfallen Aviana. So next turn play the 0-cost Mecha'thun, Assassinate it, and snatch sweet victory from the frozen jaws of defeat all while the mage is spamming "Wow" over and over. Because yeah that earns it.

To be fair I think if tthat happened against me I would also send a "wow" or 10 :D

Playing since April 2015 and today finally got all heroes golden. At last I can play whatever class I want.
Playing DisguisedToast's Shudderwock deck in Wild. Milled a Frost Lich Jaina that's a non-wild deck.

When you're against a Druid and you Arcane Keysmith on 4 to get a free copy of Nourish...I give you, "Ramp Mage."

Maybe this is against posting rules to post this often in the same thread but I figure its probably okay given it's the Pepper thread.
I'm really proud of this game, winning Big Spell Mage vs Even Shaman.
