You know when you made a good decision to tech in Treachery & Doomsayer when your Big Priest opponent has their board cleared of big stuff and later rezes Doomsayer to wipe their board again after using one of their upgraded spellstones.
Just played against R1k0 with a home brew shaman deck. No Idea if he is on this site but it was like being taken to school, was so perfect even losing felt good.
Clearly he made that deck to counter warlock and all the best to you my friend.
Working through the Dungeon Runs and get the Mysterious Tome with the random secrets. Next matchup - Thaddock the Quest Rogue - Free Counterspell to start the game is a wonderful thing.
Beat a quest mage with my Spiteful Priest deck last night for the first time ever.
Managed to get a Cabalists Tome from my Drakonid, and from that I got Potion of Polymorph, meaning when he started throwing out his Sorcerers Apprentice, the first one became a sheep - when he completed his quest it meant the time warp cost 2, instead of 1, so he couldn't play it on that go. He played mirror image to attempt to protect his apprentices, but I had also gained blizzard from the Time, meaning I could wipe all his minions out. After that it was just a matter of time.. he ended up conceding while on 4 health, in fatigue, and I had 7 minions on board with combined attack of 57..
Everywhere I go, I step on secret mages. Get out of the shower, bus to work, get on the ladder they're everywhere. You can smell em, it's similar to un-washed teenager but more...salty.
So, I'm messing about in casual with a cookie cutter jade druid deck. I avoided building them in thier pomp and just felt like a go. Who do I run into? TOPZEKRYYT MAGEZ.
It was of course the battle of the face roller decks but totally flattening the little shit felt a lot of fun. Having some taunted fatties on the board whilst the mage kept trying to ping me down was.....pretty damn funny.
Me and this other hunter were playing eachother, and i was only playing for the quest so was just spamming out cards, and he realised when i just played a card and then end turn'ed. He let me continue and i got the quest after playing all 30 for my hunter cards. Ended the game with a "Thanks"
What a legend. Thank you random Hunter friend.
Always nice when this happens. Doesn't happen often enough though. Too many people take casual too seriously..
Got the daily quest to play 40 spells, decided to make a spell-only priest deck for a laugh.
First battle in casual? A Cubelock.
Smashed him out the park with it. Christ did it feel good using his own idiot cards against him. Cube'd an obsidian statue that I got using Free From Amber to destroy his doomguard and could dark pact it straight away. Not even his Voidlord could save him thanks to Silence. Amazing. Guy probably didn't know what hit him.
It was mainly due to a misclick but I lost to a runespear c’thun Shaman and it was glorious. God bless you sir, glad someone still has a sense of humor on the ladder
Sharing a pic from a game I played this weekend. It was very interesting and exciting. Can you believe, that I have never faced fatigue warrior in standard before? Like since KoFT this is the first time I see one on the ladder.
So, yeah, I'm playing a stupid cubelock, but I'm sharing this picture, because it felt really funny how I got here. My opponent used bring it on 2 times against my hand, which consisted of really expensive minions. Never in my wildest dreams have I thought, that I could use Azari's effect and copy his body in the same turn.
If you are wondering how the game ended - I lost. The Mrglglgl screams were to OP for me.
That wonderful feeling when Vicious Fledgling is almost single-handedly taking you up the rankings. Throwing it into every deck I run in ranked was definitely worthwhile.
After 6 arena runs without legendary got Paladin deck with Rag. Lightlord, Tarim and 9spells+ Yogg.. cant wait until i will try it (I m at work so cant right now)
Yes this is from an old game, but that does not make i less insane. This is back from the days Secret Paladin was the strongest secret-deck, and secret mage was a joke. But when a daily quest tell's you to play some secrets you might as well try and have some fun, so i put all mage secrets in my deck, and add's some of the good mage spell's. The image bellow is the first and only time i have play'd Mysterious Challenger, but man does it fell good to get it from unstable protal.... a 5 mana 6/6 that puts 5 secrets onto the board! xD 21 mana worth of stuff for the low low price of only 5 mana thanks to that one portal. He instantly conceded the turn after the image.

Just hit rank 4 with my Jade/Control Shaman! 21 days to get to legend!
Dont have good moments in this game.
40+ Trades in Challenge a Friend! quest.

When your opponent gives you their deck so you just smash their face with it.
