I made a quite stupid rogue deck yesterday (or I thought it was), but in the end I'm having a lot of fun with it. I won against a C'thun priest, zoolock, and then I won against a divine shieladin. Feels great :D Burgle and Thistle Tea ftw.
Oh man, that game I just played was crazy. My opponent was playing a Reno rogue, and they managed to thistle tea Reno Jackson. When I saw that, I thought it would be near impossible to win.
Then I drew the Golden Monkey (I was playing a N'zoth pally with Elise Starseeker), and I decided to wait a turn to play it so I could play N'zoth first. So I did. My opponent then played Beneath the Grounds, generously giving me 3 more cards to turn into legendaries! My next turn the Golden Monkey came out, and from there it was just an unstoppable barrage of legendary minions that my opponent couldn't answer efficiently.
My opponent eventually died to a pyroblast I got off of Nexus Champion Sarrad.
Bought tgt pack instead of newest expansion by mistake, but opened chillmaw from that pack. It was only legendary I was missing to make most dragon decks,(have brm, ysera, alex, malygos, deathwing already) so I'm very happy I opened that one grand tournament pack instead of old gods pack.
I was at 10 wins in arena and i faced a rogue who survived on 1 hp for a few turns beccause my deck didn't ahve a lot of direct damage and in the end my master of evolution got me an ogre ninja who didn't hit his face, which means it was the one outcome that lost me the game.
I added that guy and we had a nice talk. He proceeded to get 12 wins and I got squashed by some paladin.
In the end i used my 200 dust to get 22 classic packs which gave me a golden leper gnome which i could disenchant for 400 dust.
So all in all I got a good run, made a friend and got a useful reward.
Goes to show you don't always have to win to have a good time in this game
Quick question to anyone reading this. I have all the legendarys I need except Ragnaros and Sylvanas. I have 1600 dust, and i'm not sure which to craft. I was looking on older threads and people were saying to craft Sylvanas, because Ragnaros is weak to BGH. But, with the BGH nerf, I don't see many people playing it. Suggestions?
I'm Handlock, my opponent is priest. I'm at fatigue, but he still has a few cards left. He plays the golden monkey, so I think I'm screwed. However, I don't concede because I still have one Molten Giant in hand, so I might be able to get some trades and deal some damage to him. The first two legendaries he played were Cho and another really cheap and bad legendary which I forgot, so I decided to go face. Two turns later, he's at 2 health from the giant attacking, and I'm at three health. He topdecks flame leviathan, and thus loses.

I would say Sylvanas as she is a good counter to the current metagame of big minions. Also she has amazing synergy with N'Zoth.
The deck is also pretty strong, I beat this C'Thun priest with ease!
Not sure if this deck is viable to reach rank 5 or higher but Im having a ton of fun! Which I value a lot more than just ranking higher. I recommend it if youre looking something different to play :D

i can assure you, as a mage, this deck was annoying to play against.

I would like to see this priest beating deck!

I tried having fun once. It was awful.
I did it!!
Turn 9 Y'Shaarj, Rage Unbound, Preparation, Gang Up, Conceal I could have done it turn 10 without the prep but I just couldn't wait!
Not only did I pull off the combo, I actually WON that game!!! (Rank 20, of course)
(playing a deck with only two minions is hard)
I haven't had any good luck recently, but it's nice to know other people are getting it.
FeelsPepperMan ?
i got a pack with 2 legendaries! Nat, the Darkfisher and Cho'gall. Also I crafted golden Yogg-Saron, Hope's End... probably should have crafted two nongolden legendaries instead but oh well.
still a rank 18 scrub nobody though, oh well.

i would maybe craft Ragnaros the Firelord but I'm really bad.
I have been playing this silly divine shield Paladin deck and its extremely fun to play. Some examples!
This Rogue got a Selfless Hero from Undercity Huckster and used his Unearthed Raptor to copy the deathrattle. Thanks to that I manage to make this play which won me the game.
I got a Wisps of the Old Gods from a Mage's Spellslinger, I pulled this combo but he top decked Yogg-Saron, Hope's End to clear the board :(

So i was playing my Astral Druid of the old gods when i had the fastest lethal of my life:
Turn 1: The Coin + Innervate + Astral Communion
Turn 2: Y'Shaarj, Rage Unbound which pulled Onyxia on the board
Turn 3: Alexstrasza
I was trying a Rogue deck against a Priest innkeeper, Undercity Huckster gave me Vol'jin :D
The synergy with Shadowcaster is ridiculous !
better try it with real players
innkeeper loses to every deck
Managed to pull out this combo in arena Steward of Darkshire > Stand Against Darkness > Competitive Spirit = Auto win
