Hello, I was just wondering what decks people are using in the season so far. I have only seen aggro this season I think 1 Druid maybe. I wanted to know because I wanted to see what was working for people.
im trying to have fun this season..so I picked up the kolentos miracle rouge and always play my handlock, but tbh this season is hard man. I can't break r16 with those decks. when previously I would already be r9+. if anyone cares to throw some deck suggestions my way it would be highly appreciated(have all the the worthy cards..)
I'm going to play Priest throughout the season, Its like playing the game in Hardmode.
Yep I agree with this lol, unless I have double Auchenai double CoH, every turn is like misplay=gg.
Normally I play pretty fast because I used to play competitively in other games, which count time between rounds, but piloting Priest really wreaks my nerve. Sorry for those who use aggro who don't even spend more than 30sec to finish their turn tho (except... Gulin?)
Currently I'm using Priest (ErA/Duckwing/random idea), Shaman (not really sold on this, but it's pretty much what Flood posted here), Rogue (Kaldi/Reynad/regular...), Druid (Watchers). Would have laddered with Warrior control if I had Gromash and co.
I think timbolts priest that took first in the MG Open is pretty fun to play. Having watchers and taunts and giants is pretty neat idea. if you can power word shield an ancient watcher vs aggro I think that could be pretty strong.
So far Ive been playing druid handlock and shaman to rank. I would have to agree that this season is the hardest so far to rank up in. I would imagine since with this pool of cards the best decks are pretty much now finalized and everyone seems to be a bit better at playing than the first few seasons.
Currently ranking up with priest, it's not easy... The deck I made is a lot of fun though (and also pretty effective so far) and that certainly makes up for any losses :P
I really like your tech choices. However why don't you run the trio Auchenai-Injured-Circle? Injured+Circle can win some games by themselves, and Auchenai+Circle is the best comeback possible turn 3 with coin or 4.

I think this was directed to me? If not, disregard this post. :)
I don't like Injured BM because on turn 3 it gets killed by pretty much all the 2 drops, so it usually can't be played on turn 3 UNLESS you have circle of healing but now you're depending on one more card to play that minion efficiently turn 3. What I'm saying is that it is a 3 cost minion that should not be played on turn 3, which is why I replaced it with Harvest Golem. I <3 Golems
As for Auchenai, the reason I don't like it is because at turn 4, unless I have CoH in my hand, I'd rather play Shieldmasta. Also, CoH is a dead card most of the time, UNLESS you have an Injured BM or Auchenai.
Which is why I replaced the cards you mentioned with more reliable cards, and by reliable I mean cards that have a use on their own. Basically what I'm trying to say is these 3 cards can be very powerful when played together but when played by themselves seem kinda weak. Also PLEASE keep in mind that the above point of view is based entirely on early game, since this is where priests seem to be lacking ATM. Anyway, I'm still experimenting with the deck but it's a lot a fun :D
- CoH: You are right that these 3 cards are combo dependent, but as long as you mulligan aggressively for CoH in starting hand, things are much better. I think there are so many games vs Reynad zoo where I won because I was able to ram Cleric to their 1/3 Taunt, CoH to draw 2. After all, you should think of CoH as a draw trigger for Cleric more than a combo piece for Injured/Auchenai.
I may think of lowering the number of Auchenai/Injured here. After a few games with your build I learned that Shadow Madness is really strong.
Hunter Rush. My eventual goal is to get a top-ranking mage deck to legendary (ala trump), but no point in playing control when it's all about volume of games on the ladder, getting up to rank 5 anyway.
Edit: Nothing pleases me more than to crush all those scrubby ass people with 9 legendaries as I rush them down. Of course once I hit the wall of druids with 19 legendaries then I start losing, but that's when I know I'll have to switch to a better deck (armor warrior possibly)

You really don't know what your talking about
I have zero legendaries and make it to rank 5 easily, topping out at rank 3 with my hunter deck. Don't have the cards to compete with the 19 legendary druid decks at the moment to push into legendary. So what exactly do I not know?
Btw - yes, rank 3 WITHOUT Leeroy. I know what I'm doing. Don't hate the player, hate the game.
Played a few games with this build, eventually it auto loses when my opponent etablishes board control first, because I have no good cards to change the momentum.

Legendary cards don't mean anything... Playing a faceroll huntard deck tells me you DO NOT know what are your doing and the fact that you don't have legendary cards makes you a total noob actually because it only takes a bit of time and devotion to get a good deck

I am using:
Control Warrior
Savage Druid
Taunt Druid

Soulbound Deckbuilding Team Owner
Hearthstone Freelance Writer
Although creatures with 4 Power are incredibly annoying I usually do really well with my priest.

Playing Zoo.
Ladder is frustrating as hell right now and lucksack makes control not worth it IMO.

Flood you really like your Ancient of War don't ya? Curious on how its been working out for you? I haven't seen those in play for a long time.
Yeah I love them a lot... I think not many people run TBK anymore and I have other TBK targets before it.

Both approaches are valid. Here's a similar priest that didn't use Injured/CoH/Auchenai:

May I ask why Temple Enforcer x2? I know it's a good card but there are better substitution for it, Cairne etc.
Edit: nvm he said it's for Druid of the claw!
