My friend brought up a good question; let's say a Mage and a Paladin were playing against each other and they both had 10hp. Now, let's say the Paladin played Eye for an Eye, and on the next turn the Mage used Pyroblast. What would happen?
Game can end in a draw with effects like hellfire. I haven't ever seen that specific scenario (let's face it, nobody plays Eye for an Eye) but I assume that you should be dead before the secret triggers.

I'm so glad there is prejudice against playing hunter/zoo/[insert FotM deck here]. People like that make the life so much easier for those of us who play to win.
The Eye for an Eye thing would work. I have definitely seen a video of it working. Probably in one of the "Top 5 plays of the week" videos. I can't say for sure, but i think i remember Kripp having a draw in arena and it didn't add a lose to his run.
The Eye for an EyeDOES work. The game shows the paladin (in the scenario you mentioned) getting damaged firstly THEN the mage and then the battle end with both players on the "You lost" screen. If this happened in Arena the whole battle will not be counted as win/lose and if happened in Ranked no-one will win/lose stars and quests don't progress from draws.
Other ways to do this is by playing cards like Hellfire or Ysera Awakens when both heroes have 3/5 health or less
You can actually kill eachother, I've had it happen to me twice. Neither one wins, both lose.
I have experienced a draw and it is exactly what it says - a draw. Nobody wins, but nobody loses. Stars are not decreased. In my case I was at 4hp and the opponent at 2. I used the [card]Ysera Awakens[/card] card and we both died... I thought that I am going to be "less dead" :D, but I guess death doesn't think so :)
I cannot verify this, but a friend told me that if you manage to get to 20 fatigue DMG, the game ends in a draw. There ought to be a video it there of it.

your hero would die first because he was taking the 10 damage then dealing it... so your hero cant deal 10 damage if he is dead.
I thought they would deal it, then receive it in turn? Or does the secret effect take place first?

I'd like to see a draw. Someone should upload a video.

Ysera Awakens made my opponent draw the game, it didn't increase loss count in arena despite showing as a loss after the game

You are free...to do as we tell you!
Yeah just take fatal at the same time with hell fire or something :)
When a draw happens, does anyone know if it stops a win streak? Like when you get extra stars for having consecutive wins?

It doesn't. It also doesn't give you a loss in arena. It doesn't count as a win though and you see the loss screen.
Here is the Eye for an Eye scenario fast forward to the 1:39 second
