So I was wondering if with the new additions to Shaman like Healing Wave OTK Shaman has become viable? It looks really fun to me and I really want to craft it, but I would also like to be sure that it's going to be good and stand a chance against other decks. Does anyone who has the deck know/can tell me?
When you say viable, are you asking if it is competitive with other top tier decks or are you asking if you can play it and expect to take away a few wins here and there? Because if the former, no I don't believe OTK shaman can compete with most top tier decks.

I'm sure there have been, and will be in the future, weeks where OTK shaman is top dog in Tavern Brawl. Even if it can't compete with Patron Warrior, Secret Pally, Combo Druid or Dragon Priest, it doesn't mean those decks will always be on top. To answer part of your question more, yes Healing Wave and Elemental Destruction are cards that improved the deck and made it MORE viable, just not viable enough. Who knows, maybe it's only a few cards away.
sadly no :( shaman overall lacks card draw. Combo or OTK decks require many spells/minion that allows you to draw cards.
And those classes/decks that can do those so far are: Patron Warrior, Freeze Mage, Ramp/Fon druid, and Rogues. Warlock on the other hand has the very "OP" hero power to draw cards.
even if shaman has that new "draw" spell it isn't enough, plus it punishes you with overload making the combo difficult to execute.
Man I do sure hope that in future expansions, A OTK shaman would be viable. As for now it's downright mediocre and can't compete with top tier decks :(
Its fun to think about the hype of shamans in pre-TGT. And now, after a lot of promising cards released the class is still pretty much dead competitively. Shaman class needs a revamp. Overload is retarded. RNG spells are retarded.
True... it makes me sad that even after so many good cards which even on their own are amazing the class is still the worst in the game currently (tier 4 kappa :P)

nope it isnt, the main problem with shaman is the lack of card draw!
