Explanation : a 2 mana 4/4 that give your opponet 2 random spells like King Mukla but instead of giving Bananas you give them random spell. and you can actually use this card to Mill your opponet
Explanation : Very similiar to Ram Wrangler but instead of Battlecry this card use Inspire Instead yes you still need a beast so it's not completly overpowered
Just to clarify. Rexxar is a hunter that hunts with animals(can hunt both people and animals/monster). Hemet is a hunter that hunts animals (as far as I know, only beasts).

Millhouse Manastorm: Doesn't need a fix. A large amount of rush decks would adopt this card with its new ability because the enemy wouldn't be able to clear it turn 2. The 2 spells that your opponent would get might be completely useless and clog up their hand until they die. The whole premise of this card is the risk/reward aspect and that doesn't need changing.
Gazlowe: Is fine and serves his purpose well. I think the change to an inspire-based ability would weaken the card. The whole point of Gazlowe is his synergy with spare parts; if you take that out he becomes pretty inefficient.
Hemet Nesingwary: I would again keep this card the same. Sure, he's very niche at this point, but down the road he will be a very prominent tech card to combat the growing number of beasts.

Hemet is a hunter, he doesn't summon beasts, he kills them.
You do not truly know someone, until you fight them.....

Add "if you do not have a weapon, equip a 1/3 weapon instead"
offtopic: make ragnaros trigger before KT, as raggy kills stuff permanently regardless of KTs presence
