I was playing Mage and lost the board against a Paladin at 13 health and ı have a Fireball at my hand. I thought i already used my second Fireball so i proceed to concede at the start of my turn , just to see another topdecked Fireball flying to my hand while my face was exploding , ashamed of how i missed lethal.
I rage quitted and didnt play Hearthstone... for a couple minutes.
I was playing Zoo. I had 5 minions on board. I forgot what turn it was, but i wanted to use the coin in my hand, but somehow managed to grab Hellfire and wiped my whole board. Needless to say I did lose that game :(
the opponent was bming me, letting me live at 1 health with his 7 creatues. I kept trying to do face damage until he had 4 health left, I had a hammer of wrath and ping. I played hammer of wrath first, not realizing I was fatigued. I died.
With the mobile app, I play the wrong card occasionally if I am too impatient to wait until the card arrangement has settled after playing one out. This resulted in several hilarious plays :-/

Battle doesn't need a purpose; the battle is its own purpose. You don't ask why a plague spreads or a field burns. Don't ask why I fight.
Against Face Hunter, first time playing the new TGT Totem Shaman deck, was at 3 HP, on my turn, prepared to turn that game around I proudly used my newly crafted Healing Wave throwing it around not knowing that you needed to target yourself.
obviously, I won the joust and healed my Healing Totem for 0 instead of myself for 14 Health...
The worst derp moves I ever make are always laying creatures before I use an AOE Hellfire because I don't play Warlock very much, only for quests. Another thing I commonly was guilty of was using Circle of Healing and thinking it only operates on my own minions. :P
I was seriously VS a guy who had 4 minions at low health and capable of lethal VS me and I had the means to destroy them with MY minions but I used Circle of Healing and they were then too powerful. It's moments like this I kind of just wish I could talk to my opponent and laugh with them, I'd really love to see their reactions to it.
Or Preparation => Preparation=> Cry
Not popping the Ice Block of a Freeze Mage when I had the chance. Gave him 3 turns to kill me.
'There is nothing more deceptive than an obvious fact'
Sherlock Holmes
Trying to coin out Mountain Giant turn 3. I've done it more than once even. So dumb.
Balancing busted cards version 1.0.

Attacking with weapons then shield slamming, not realizing i had reduced my armor to 0 when i traded with a minion :(
Once I played a shield slam with 0 armor instead of an excecute. I'm like: WTH? why isn't it dead? then I looked at my hand.
*facepalm*
I once played Prep > Coin, the concede was instantious
Divine punishment for being a face Hunter... maybe... I´ve used kill Command on myself because... don´t know :P
Mulligan, please.

Picked Priest in Arena because I didn't want to play as yet another Paladin.
0-3 versus Paladin, Paladin, Paladin

Played Lord Jaraxxus with Reno Jackson in hand going for a greedy win. Doesn't sound too bad till my opponent does 17 lethal next round.
