How can people with tons of legendaries be so fcking lowrank, I'm using a fcking f2p deck and time after time meeting people with 500+ ranked wins and tons of legendaries in rank 15-12. How can people be so bad so they're actually stuck in those ranks with legendaries?
either they used to play a lot and now only play occasionally (like me); or they didnt start climbing at the beginning of the season and starting to do it now; or they couldnt climb up at the beginning of the season because better playeres were beating them; or they are just plain bad and get beaten again and again even with the legendaries.
Its not everyone that plays to climb ladder. Mostly i dont have the time to climb and just plays whatever deck i want to try out. Solving quests etc. Then in the last weeks of the season i usually try to climb a bit judt to see how far i can go. But for now i play it pretty casual. And i have to do it on ladder, because then it also serves my goal of golden heroes some day. This is just my experience of the game, but i imagine that a lot of people are playing like this.

i'm currently rank 14,haven't spent a dime on this game and have been to legend before more than once.
as surprising as this might sound to you,not every good player has the time or patience to grind legend every single season.i have barely touched the game this season because MGS5 came out and uni starts for me anyway next monday, meaning i won't make it to legend this month either way.
maybe some of the players you are facing are indeed just bad at the game(although i can safely tell you that there's a lot of bad ones even at legend ranks),i'm just trying to say that you shouldn't make misguided generalisations over others, not just on hearthstone but pretty much everywhere in life.
oh and another thing i forgot to address is that this "you have every legendary and still rank 15 you suck bla bla bla" business is pretty unfounded, since like 60% of the best decks in the game cost below 2k dust to craft.

There is this substance in the world called alcohol...
Sometimes it causes misplays, and sometimes the lack of causes misplays...

Same here. I do nearly all questing and testing on ladder. If I am easy pray... good for you!

Battle doesn't need a purpose; the battle is its own purpose. You don't ask why a plague spreads or a field burns. Don't ask why I fight.
I do experiments and loose ~1-2 ranks on failed ones (you can't really test stuff in casual) and loosing games to bad connection when playing from mobile phone. And I'm not grinding the game too hard, I barely do the quests. If i had that much free time, then maybe I'd climb.
Not sure whether this is a complaint thread or not... because usually having easy victories would be a good thing. If your goal is to get to legendary as fast as possible.

Making non-competitive decks "for the lulz" is a pretty common thing.
Also, ca$h spent =/= skill
Nope.

To be honest, some days I play to troll.

Not sure if hyped yet.
