My question is beside just leveling it seems the gold cards are just a card to disenchant for more arcane dust since you already have the original cards.

Am I mistaken?
The Golden Basic cards cannot be disenchanted. They're simply there so people can make full golden decks to show off their awesome collections.
Hmmm, must of misread a card in crafting thinking it was a gold. So other than having 4 copies of a card that is all the gold cards are good for right?

Unfortunately yep, purely aesthetic. It's also worth noting that you're still only able to have a maximum of two of a single card in constructed play.
I didn't read this whole thing so I'm not sure if this was said or not, but you can see the level requirements for at least the first golden card in game. To do this you must open the crafting page, then click both "Show Golden Cards" and "Show Soul Bound Cards", then right click a card as if you were going to craft it. It should then show you the class and level requirement for the card in place of the normal "Disenchant" and "Create" icons. This only works for cards you do NOT have already.
Also, the listed (in game) Arcane Shot is wrong; it says it's level 24 but I'm pretty sure it's level 36/38. I know this because I'm level 29, I don't have it, and there is no other card listed at 36 to fill in the spot.
I just got to 30 and now when I hover over my hunter, it tells me my next card is Arcane Shot at level 32. The crafting book, on the other hand, says I get Multi Shot at 32. So take the crafting book with a grain a salt.
That is the first northshire cleric. The second one is presumably on level 42 (like the pattern suggests). Shadow word pain is before that. Other than that, my memory is cloudy and I cannot recollect when the others are.
The ones I have accumulated thus far would be:
holy smite mind vision power word: shield mind blast divine spirit shadow word: pain
I believe the order is this: mind blast, power word: shield, holy smite, divine spirit, mind vision, shadow word: pain, northshire cleric.
This is the second humility. The other one is at level 28.
Druid rank 32 is golden claw
Reward for shaman level 26 is also a golden "Windfury".
Reward for shaman level 28 (and 30, too, I suppose) is Golden Totemic Might
Warrior level 38: second golden Warsong Commander
Thanks everyone! Updated OP to here.

I don't get why people hate golden cards so much, did they get rid of every foil they had asap?
Foils are like, the best thing about trading card games. So yeah, i really dont understand people who think golds are pointless.
Shaman level 32 and 34 are Golden Frost shocks.
Updated!
Side note: Foils really are the best part about card games. It won't take nearly as long to collect all the normal cards as it will the foils :)

This thread is up to date. The crafting UI is using outdated information ;)
So I did! Thanks <3
Druid level 23 and 26 are Wild Growth.
Druid 36 and 38 are Golden Innervates.
