Kripp finally hit legend eh? He never really had to as he's mainly an arena player, but there's incentive from these constructed rewards so he can finish his collection. I wouldn't be surprised if people conceded to give him some wins simply because, it's Kripp. He's a good player though he literally plays around crazy stuff because of his experiences in arena. I was watching him cast and he was saying that x person should be playing around person y's blizzard and person y was playing either tempo or mech(don't remember)

I watched the whole stream, and yes, he did get many free wins (not only free wins, but wins when he was about to lose). I don't get why some people deny it or get ofended, that is the plain truth. And this is from someone that likes kripp's streams. He played very badly yesterday, and even he admited it. There was a point, after one of those free wins, that he said: "I don't know if I should keep playing. I'm playing pretty bad today and you are giving me to many pity wins".
Come on no one at rank 1 would concede for fun. Show proof.
I saw one of them, he was up against someone who was already legend so they care a bit less about wins at that point. As people mention he gets obviously sniped so often that it kinda makes up for it.
Definitely wasn't planned, and you can see he even gets a bit salty when he gets wins like that.
It's not his fault people conceded with lethal, its not like he asked them to.
If he wanted to take pride at all in earning Legend rank he would do what Reckful says he does: " If someone concedes the game to me when they have the win, I immediately concede the next game. I want to actually earn my Legend rank."
While I was watching when he was Rank 1, I saw at least 2 people concede the game to him when they had game on board. Kripp made comments like "Thanks for the pity win..." "Maybe I shouldn't be doing this legend grind on stream..."
Either way it's Blizzard's fault for allowing win-trading to be so easy in this game. A Legend player should never be matched vs someone ranking towards legend since they can concede right away with no penalty, where a loss for the person grinding towards legend is devastating.
Even when Legend players aren't conceding wins, I find the Legend grind for myself to be MUCH easier once I hit Rank 1 and play mostly Legend ranked players with poor ranking because they are always trolling with a really bad deck/don't care.

You bring up a lot of good points i agree with. He constantly acknowledged it was happening but kept queuing up regardless, almost like he wanted it to happen. Conceding after a free win would have been the right thing to do. I think legend players should be separated. When i hit legend i play with fun decks without caring about the wins. I also wanted to point out how he was bashing the legend card back saying he would never use it and he even made fun of players that use it. A day later he is using it.
Yes, there were several concede but he was playing some really awkward deck like beast Hunter. That balances out.
Sure. Hey, btw, I'm going to start pushing for legend with a Pirate deck this season. When you see it, please consider conceding to balance out for my terrible deck. Thanks!

I will, but you probably will have to reach legend before facing me though.

The curse of the unwanted sig space.
Embarrassing for him that he needed conceding snipers to get there.
The fact that he got them doesn't imply that he needed them.
