I see people play cards and kinda tilt my head and wonder why they did what they did. For example - when they put out a card on the board and buff it just then. Let's me know to get rid of it rather than them buffing it up next turn when they can go face or trade.
Other ones I've seen is Sylvanas put on an empty board.
What have you seen that you kinda shook your head at?
sylv on empty board is ok because it can potentially freeze a turn
So you wait till it magically disappears on it's own?
Doomsayer certainly freezes a turn and can see that. Used that quite a few times when I was waiting for a card and any of their cards on the board would be bad for my health at the moment. I don't see how Syl freezes anything. Syl is meant to be traded and great for that or getting lethal on the board.
No this means that it will stop someone from playing a big minion since if sylv trades into it then the person with sylv will get the big minion usually.
Definitely Sylvannas. Personally i myself have made so many misplays with her that i've cut her from my competitive decks. I just don't know how to use her, like at all.
If it wasn't card I'd say warlock's heropower. Lot of people play something and tap after that without realizing, they can tap into something better to play this turn instead. I do this too sometimes.
This and the Emperor Thaurissan. Seen far too many patron warriors play it even though they were not under pressure, or had enough combo cards in hand.
Patron Warrior putting combo pieces on the board turn 4-5. Usually they put out a naked Frothing and then trade like two minions or use their last Death's Bite charge.
Question wasn't about Sylvanas. First person made the point. Don't need it repeated over and over again.
So what cards or combos have you seen that were misplayed or you just shook your head at for being that bad?
The question was about misplays. You then went ahead and said Sylvanas on an empty board when that serves several purposes, the same as buffing a card the turn it is played.
In order to make it a misplay, you need to know your opponents hand and what they are playing around.
People who initially silence either Feugen or Stalaag when the other one hasn't been killed off yet. I'll usually emote them to let them know they made a mistake so they realize it as a future reference.
Probably the number1 is southsea deckhand not attacking before your weapon is gone.
I would say to change him so the weapon just gives him charge permanently, but that would be a buff since you could clear a taunt with your weapon / blade flurry and then still attack with him.

Sylvanas on an empty board works. Sometimes people throw doomsayers on empty boards too.
My credit card ugh
If you're happy and you know it... well that's good :)

Not playing shredder in the middle

Makes sense if he had 10 cards in hand
I hate RNG
I've had a rogue play Sap on my Rend Blackhand that I just used on his Dr. Boom and then play Ragnaros the Firelord against my remaining 4 Silver Hand Recruits.

I've also seen this several times when they have =<6 cards in hand.

That's only a mistake if you don't have the coin.
