Liking the gameplay, liking the variety of cards. But I think the game needs
1. More quests. The one quest a day is really disappointing. If you want to spend some serious time in front of the computer, i think 2 quests should be available at a minimum.
2. Group play 2a. PVP Call it Battlegrounds. 15 v 15. The game has 15 nodes, at the start all 30 players are assigned 1 of 15 nodes. If you win, you keep your node. If you lose, you can choose swap nodes with a team mate. Between rounds teams can speak to communicate swaps. If you keep your node 2 times in a row, the node is won. If you lose twice in a row, you are eliminated. First team to secure 10 nodes win.
2b. PVE Call it Dungeons. 5 players fight 6 rounds of AI opponents. Opponents are not bound by classes and are like the intro fights. Before confronting each team, the players can see top 5 cards of each opponents deck and their hero ability. They then assign players to each mob. If a player dies, they wait to respawn at the next group and the mob they failed to defeat must be defeated by another player - this second fight starts with the same health totals the player and the opponent was left with but their decks are reset. If you wipe, Game over, get a key corresponding to the number of rounds you all defeated.
3. PVE option. Call it Adventuring. Same as 2b, except its a solo game with 3 lives. If you die, decks are reset, your life goes back to 30 and the mobs life stays the same.

Nozdormu wins you every game where you opponent has to go to the bathroom on turn 9.
I don't feel Blizzard should invest too many ressources into PVE. AI will always be beaten by humans unless you force a massive handicap onto the human player, which in my opinion isn't really fun.
What about a tournament mode? 8 player, 16 player and 32 player modes where you just sign up until a tournament fills up then another one starts registering. Obviously you just play until you're either the last man standing or you're knocked out. Maybe some sort of entry fee and reward system to go along with it. Not sure if they could pull off some sort of ranking to separate players so they stand a chance, but it could be a fun mode IMO.
I really can't see group play coming in, at least not for a long time. Keep in mind this is a free to play title that is intentionally more simple than most other CCGs out there. I really cannot see group play in a game where they have targeted around 10 minutes per game to be all that fitting.
Well I feel the game needs more alternatives than 1 on 1 and arena. Alternative games of any description, that require the arena fee to participate will only increase their profits and add to longevity of the game.

PVE should be made into a puzzle game, the opponent is given overpowered abilities (this already happens to a degree in the tutorial) and you have to figure how to overcome it with you limited resources.
I think I read they were going to work on 2 headed giant. Blizzard employees are Magic the Gathering fans, so while they don't want to recreate that game with WoW lore, they will probably pull many game modes from it. In a certain sense this game is already much like Commander/EDH.
If hearthstone would get HEX's approach in PVE (Hex is still in Kickstarter but it has some nice features) it hink Hearhtstone would be unstopable. Great feedback u gave them some of those parts were in my head for when i join the beta to make a ticket for those things.

Some of these sound interesting.
I actually really like the node game mode idea!
