I have been looking at a lot of mill decks recently, but I've noticed that Gallywix is not in many of them. Is there a reason for this? Imo he would be a great addition to a rogue mill deck because he could fill their hand with coins which would be rendered useless because they cant draw the cards needed to use them with. Is there a factor I'm missing as to why he isn't good in them?
I'd wager the reason is that even if your opponent can't effectively 'use' coins, on their turn they will use them no matter what they have in their hand, in order to draw real cards. Since you'll need to constantly be casting spells, you'll run out of steam quite quickly and Gallywix will quickly become a liability, only milling your opponent for maybe 2 or 3 cards. I don't play a lot of Rogue, but that's my reasoning.
I went back and reread the card and realized the flaw in that plan I was thinking it did it when I casted a spell, I figured it would just constantly combo, but now that I reread it I realize how bad it is
Second Question: is a warrior mill possible utilizing an Iron Juggernaut, and multiple bouncing people like brewmasters? then throw in cards like blade dancers and coldlight oracles?

Yes but it is not as good as Rogue, Druid or Mage and it's more of a fatigue/combo deck than actual mill.
Blizz has stated that they do NOT want to burn people cards.they say it is not fun and that's why mill decks will be fun to play but tier 3 decks.i have try all the possible combos to build mill decks but they can't work.at least at ladder.

Gallywix works great in mill. The purpose he serves is as a spell deterrent. He has a big body, he avoids BGH and he's very hard to get rid of without giving up a useful spell. I run Gallywix, Cho, Loatheb and Troggzor and they are a real dream team of spell denial, especially when you can drop the big 3 on a curve.
As far as Warrior goes, I have a fatigue deck that works well. Since you have no way to make your opponent fatigue faster than you, it's all about healing, armor, well timed mass removal, and then bouncing Iron Juggernaut 2-3 times when they only have a few cards left.

i gave it a try and it's bad considering your opponent will use the coins no matter what. :/

I figured it would just stop the draw because they had so much, but I can see why they would use it before the turn ends.
