Warlock wouldn't work, because Kel is already a card. I wish for another windrunner legendary, but I think they'd fit pretty well for the hunter class. Same goes for the rest of charactes.
garrosh and grommash are pretty similar, malfurion and illidan are similar (in the sense that they are related by blood), so i guess blizz doesn't really care if they are similar but yeah, no actual double-ups as of yet
Are you kidding me? I know the alliance is not the greatest place for warlocks, but Medivh or even Kanrethad Ebonlock are better choices.
On the other hand, Valeera can be a blood elf, but she does not play in the common faction roles, so I think Shaw would'nt work here, Garona is more obvious.
I think the question is:
Druid: Hamuul
Hunter: Aleria/Vereesa Windrunner (because they had to make Hemet a legendary wich don't really work, that's why).
Mage: Kael'Thas
Paladin: Liadrin (clearly)
Priest: Sen'jin? Because usually they would try to add the other faction, but there's not many famous priests in the horde
Rogue: Garona
Shaman: I guess Nobundo is the best choice.
Warlock: Medivh
Warrior: Magni, as we could see (poor King Varian, he is going to be a legendary).

someone in an earlier thread mentioned Vanessa VanCleef as a possibility for rogue
We've been asking for new heros for a really long time, and then they come up with new skins... a disapointment I'd say.
BUT it is pretty cool, I must admit. I was thinking about buying it for Paladin (my favorite class) when I saw the price. Even if it was 5$ I'd feel like a little overpriced, but 10$? 10$ is a really overpriced if we compare to other things this game has to offer. Now le me ask you a question, who will be the people who will buy it? Mostly the hardcore part of the community, the big fans. Casuals rarely spend money on games. Since I, and many others, consider this a overprice, I think Blizzard is disrespecting the fans by thinking we are dumb and we buy any shit they make at any given price.

i think it's fair to say that if you don't want to spend $9 on these purely cosmetic hero skins, you won't be at any disadvantage, but i think it's well known that blizzard are a business, and as such have to pursue a means with which to increase revenue
is it exactly what i wanted? not quite... but i'm happy to play along, and equally happy for those who don't!
Warlock's hero will be SO hard Archimonde or Kil'jaeden (or Sageras). I could almost bet on it. If we are unlucky, it will be Wilfred Fizzlebang tho. ._.
It's most likely Archimonde tho, as Kil'Jaeden will probably used in the Sunwell raid expansion, if they ever do one and Sageras is highly unknown.
what I have on my mind is that this whole "new hero" thing is a total disrespect to the players.
How? To be honest, I think it's awesome. Not only will they probably offer gold purchases instead of $10.00, they promised an expansion and an adventure every year. The middle one which we now experience is most likely a new form of content which is pretty much just a small content addition, and it's something a lot of people have been waiting for.
I actually see no reason why Card Chacters cant be Heroes and vice versa. I mean, why not?
Warlock will be something like Ner'zhul or Archimonde. Kel'Thuzad isn't really a warlock.

Remember the tutorial? I seem to vaguely remember already facing Law Walker Cho, Illidan etc

Diehard druid player ^~^
Check out my theorycrafted Blistering Rot
everyone keeps picking Maraad for paladin..
It's likely going to be Liadrin since we already have an Alliance pally, and an excuse to have another female hero
Warrior - Magni Bronzebeard
Warlock - Wilfred Fizzlebang
Shaman - Farseer Nobundo
Rogue - Mathias Shaw
Priest - Sen'jin
Paladin - Lady Liadrin
Mage - Kael'thas
Hunter - Alleria Windrunner
Druid - Hamuul Runetotem
More female heroes please.
Come on, Wilfred Fizzlebang against Gul'dan?

just wanted to see what everyone has on their minds now that magni has been revealed!
i have
Shaman - Nobundo
Warlock - Cho'gall
Priest - Zabra
Rogue - Garona
Hunter - Vereesa
Druid - Hamuul
Mage - Rhonin
Paladin - Liadrin
not sold on my own prediction for mage, warlock or paladin, but the others i feel pretty good about
Vindicator Maraad would be awesome for a paladin. Plus we need more race representation. Elves, humans, and SMOrcs are boring.
what I have on my mind is that this whole "new hero" thing is a total disrespect to the players.
Shaman - Magatha Grimtotem
Warlock - Wilfred Fizzlebang
Priest - Zabra Hexx
Rogue - Garona Halforcen
Hunter - Vereesa Windrunner
Druid - Hamuul Runetotem
Mage - Archmage Aethas Sunreaver
Paladin - Aponi Brightmane
care to elaborate?

yeah warlock i think is the toughest one, i like the suggestion of aethas for mage though, i didn't think of him
if i recall correctly, early on in hearthstone, there were images of tyrande whisperwind as a hero? would be interesting if she came back

I already commented why I think that, it is in this thread, if you don't mind looking for it.
