It's probably Vereesa and Medivh. Although it almost looks like the mage has horns or large ears. Maybe it's a troll?
It isnt ears its just his outfit .
And the hunter is probably alleria maybe there is a 1% chance its vereesa but I dont think so.
I would love to see Medivh, but I think it's going to be Zalazane, the Hexmaster for Mage, and one of the windrunner's for Hunter.
Is there any rule that states it can't be sylvannas? Just a thought...

Think there were better choices than Media for Mages. But he's a heck of a lot better than the vengeful Jaina so I'm happy with that
As much as I would love to play as a Windrunner, what if the new hunter is Shandris Feathermoon? Seems more likely to me, she fits with the beast and marksmen that the HS hunters represent. I feel like the Windrunners don't have the same bonds with beasts.
I dont see any reason why cards in the game can't be heroes. So your common sense is invalid i guess.
Well it hasn't happened so far. Unless you count Rag. It's possible it's Sylvanas, but unlikely imo. It reduces variety. They're charging 10 dollars for this they want it to be special.

I played a troll mage for several years, and although there are not many notable troll mages (Zalazane, as I mentioned previously, is the only quasi-mage that comes to mind), the sillouette definitely looks trollish to me.
Also - from a content standpoint, another Human mage is going to have emotes very similar to the ones that already exist - whoop-dee-doo. A troll can be much more fun!

I doubt it althoguh he is a great shaman. The reason is that we already have an Orc shaman, would feel strange to get another one. People might love to see variety, therefore Nobundo.
I dropped out of WoW before WOTLK, but aren't Goblins, Worgen, and Pandaren playable races in the game now? I'm curious if anyone thinks we'll see a Worgen or Goblin hero in the first round of hero portraits?
It's also notable that of the ten "BC" races, we only have 4 represented: Human (3), Orc (4 - counting rexxar since he's a 1/2 orc, right?), Blood Elf (1), Night Elf (1) - We are missing Undead, Tauren, Troll, Draeni, and Gnome, and magni fills in our dwarf character ... I think it's likely that we'll see at least some of these filled in. As much as the lore is thin in this area, I'm standing by my thought that we'll see a troll mage, based on the image. I would also expect to see a draeni shaman and tauren druid, and I think Lady Liandra (Lilandra?) is the most likely choice for a paladin hero.
