I can't think of much more at the moment than having Rhonin as a mage there.
I'd also love to see more deathrattle effects and I hope they expand upon that - might even have something else like Ancestral Spirit, that'd be awesome.
Someone I was talking to yesterday mentioned wanting Kel'thuzad as a mage hero, which I thought was a cool suggestion. I'd love to see them explore more unique non-standard options for future heroes. I mean, obvious picks like Jaina and Thrall and Garrosh and Rexxar are probably mandatory just due to being major lore characters, but probably aren't super thrilling to most users.
I really hope they do release cards at a steady pace, because I love to have strategy's evolving and changing all the time instead of everyone having cookie cutter decks.
Only way I would be (grudgingly) happy about this is if this was the card art, and it was voiced by Bruce Campbell too.
I won't list my preferences, I'll wait until a separate thread pops up (if it hasn't already been done to death during the build up to release :p)
AGREED!!!
the man with The Chin (notice the capital letters. his chin deserves its own proper name) is one of my favorite actors of all time.
In regards to the other thread of alternate heroes, I think this is one of the ones I'd gladly play money for. They could rename him King Varian Chin too :p
Didn't even notice until last night (as I was trying to sleep, as usual) that I've not seen or heard about any DoTs in game yet? I'm guessing that leaves another area for future expansion, DoT abilities and cures. IMO a good time to bring those in would be when they add DKs, so they can bring in the plagues,

I'm kind of hoping that they expand into the starcraft/diablo universes - there's no real lore to break, so I don't see why it couldn't happen.
Hearthstone - an invention from the WoW universe. All characters, classes, spells and abilities are taken from the WoW universe. It's even called "Heroes of Azeroth" (subtitle, likely in the same as the TCG blocks, to leave it open for expansion)
That's a far bit of tie in to the original WoW and the lore surrounding that. You can't just throw in a Diablo Monk or pit Kerrigan against Garrosh. While the idea of a crossover could be interesting, I don't see it happening.
Besides, the Nephalem are just too powerful, they wouldn't stand a chance.
Nephalem Power - cost 10. "Remove all minions from the game, deal damage to enemy hero equal to its remaining health that ignores armour. Breaks game board in two with your enthusiasm. - 1 gold to replace board."

Hopefully they release new cards similar to how its done in the wowtcg. They come out with a few new sets a year which I think would be a good pace for a game like hearthstone especially since the 2 are similar.
Just as WoW TCG released the Molten Core raid pack where one player used the dungeon deck, that would be a lot of fun to have a few raids where you and your friends could play against a powerful theme deck for either loot cards (I was so happy when I 'won' the Azuresong Mageblade for my WoW TCG deck).
Just thinking about it makes me so hopeful for the future of HS and the number of features and game modes they could add.
i think they will go wild and release 1 expansion each year, 1 diablo, 1 starcraft, think they intentionally named core heroes of warcraft so they can expand on other universes.

I'm not so sure. Heroes of Azeroth was the name of the very first WoW TCG block. I expect it was done for nostalgia, to make it relateable or to signify a similar beginning.

I really like the idea of each class having several alternative heros (of both factions) as possibles rol-play option. And this can be easily implemented with the large number of amazing characters such as those mentioned above. Different images for the same hero would be nice too =O, I just love Customisation = P, and most people do too!. This is probably a really good way to blizzard make money too, lol.
I would love to be able to play my beloved warrior in the role of Varian Wrynn The badass king. = P (I like the Alliance characters a little bit more... = P. I think Garrosh is really nice, but Wrynn is just amazing for me. <3)

This is actually a super good idea. They could be achievement rewards, or just buy to look cooler sorts of things. I'm sure they already thought of this, but somehow I hadn't! On topic: more cards should definitely happen. It increases complexity and diversity, but they should be weary of power creep. I'd rather see new, original mechanics instead of just stronger minions, but I suppose that is not rocket science.
I like the idea of having new hero cards brought out having new hero abilities. Because with new hero abilities that opens up possibilities for new classic specific cards that synergies well.
They might feel some competition from 'Hex' as well an introduce more customisation for cards - I think this is unlikely though as they seem to be trying to keep everything nice and simple.
I'm sure they already have a good time table and wouldn't be surprised if they aren't working on the next set. Did they ever say if they are going to do small sets followed by larger "base" sets or just all small sets?

Speaking of WoW TCG, HearthStone Raids!

There should be at least two expansions: DK and Monk one=)

I completely agree. I hope they do big content patches with Starcraft/Diablo classes.

It is probably going to be released in updates, yano old booster set style - The X booster pack series ^_^
Hell they may even put in their other franchises which I would love 0_0
