To begin, I was playing Mage vs a Priest. It was early into the game (5 mana). The Priest had 30 health and I had 27. The Priest, with only sylvanas on board, played a Soulpriest, which activated my mirror entity. At this point, I have a piloted shredder, and soulpriest on board. He has a soulpriest. Priest next turn, kills my shredder with sylvanas, TRIGGERING ME TO HAVE MISTRESS OF PAIN and then face with soulpriest, and heals me for 2 dmg, now Im down to 22 health. My next turn, I attack sylvanas with mistress of pain, I do have soulpriest, so i should take 1 damage.
So at 22 health, i take 1 damage. I see -1 over my hero face, BUT it keeps triggering the -1 and the activation on the mistress keeps going as well with this. After i took 3 damage from this the Priest said well played. AND the -1 kept going until i was at -3 health for me to lose.
Therefore, I dont know if this was a hacker, knowing this would happen, or some strange glitch.

For the record there was nothing unordinary to occur except for the -1 to repeat itself taking me from 22 to -3 health in 1 turn from 1 attack of the mistress of pain on a sylvanas while i had a soulpriest. Therefore, I'd need some video evidence... =(
Perfectly known. While it's considered a glitch by some, it's working as intended--when the Mistress of Pain attempts to heal you, it deals damage instead, which then repeatedly triggers its effect as it procs upon dealing any sort of damage.
yes we know the wording can be confusing but it goes in a loop because the mistress of pain swapping healing for damage is in a loop because it heals your hero but you get damaged then that heals your hero so more damage if you get what i mean.

Considering its working as intended - blizzard should fix this - thats an instant loss situation which seems to be imposed due to lazy developers with coding.
Why should they fix it when it makes sense?
This happened to me in a game before I knew what would happen. The mechanic makes sense. You just have to be cautious of it. nothing needs to be changed imo.
Lazy developers? They were flat out telling us that it was INTENDED. They designed it so that when the two are put together, you die.
Thus 'working as intended'. The coders saw it and went "Yes, that's exactly what we want."
Note that this is the same group who made the Thad Bros with the intended purposes of spawning board fulls of Thads.

what part of "working as intended" don't you understand? there is no glitch, no lazyness, nothing. Just YOUR lack of knowledge about the combination of effects.
I just hope there will be a minion like this in future, so i can give those pesky demonlocks my Auchenai on purpouse and insta kill em :D so much fun! :P
