If you have a Warsong Commander out and summon Dr.Boom, the Boombots do not gain charge although they fulfill the criteria.
(no friends were online so i couldn't test it further yet)
This is a bug with Warsong Commander, and according to Blizzard, should be fixed in the upcoming patch!
