Some of the dungeon bosses peeve me pretty hard. I was basically doing a survive until they run out of cards, only to realize the deck I was against had a ton more cards than mine, So i basically exhausted my cards when he had another 10 to go and some minions on the board. Epic fail but still frustrating. Not doing that plan again; I'd also complain about the options: every time they're offering pirate crud that would be a win condition but wouldn't work against most of the latter bosses I've played against. I don't need 3 Leeroy Jenkins or southsea pirates -.-
Had an insane hunter deck for dungeon run with 2 Y'Shaarj, Lich King, 3 Swamp King, 1 King Krush, stealth passive and passive that makes expensive minions cost 5. On top of that, I had the boots of haste for playing the minions for free early on, as well as stealth to ensure multiple Y'Shaarj turns. Slayed every boss I faced easily. Then I got the bloody trap room...
Fucking arena. I put a warlock down to 12 hp with board control and leeroy in hand at turn 5. He then played Hooked reaver, Spellstone, Psychotron, Nesting roc, Sleepy dragon. 4 freaking fat taunts and 5 hp heal, jesus christ. If he drew only 4 of those cards I would've won.
I love Dungeon Run but GODDAMN is it ever frustrating at times, like I'm way past clown fiesta and getting unlucky on ladder but I just can't help but lose my fucking mind over some if the bullshit that happens in this game mode. Like this:
I must have failed to beat the end boss for what feels like a week now, I understand they are supposed to be hard but it almost feels like they are super unfair. I decided to ditch Rouge and Warrior and go to Druid cuz I figured it would be easy to finish with Druid and I was right. Got to end boss easily and was going to win then THIS SHIT HAPPENS!!!!

It seems like the dungeon runs are sometimes doomed from the word go. I beat it with 6 of the 9 classes, but those last 3 wins are not coming easy. Sometimes you just get matched up against a boss that your deck is no good against and you have no choice but to start over.
Other times the buckets you choose from are not consistent enough to build a deck with any kind of synergy and you have to choose from treasures that don't really do you any good.
Other times you get a set that makes you invincible.
It's hearthstone. I think at this point we all realize that winning aft this game is not about playing well. It's about creating the most ridiculous deck possible.

Hearthstone: A game where great victories are won by demonstrating exceptional skill, and losses are suffered due to bad RNG!
I love the new expansion cards, I really do. I find them fun.
But.
Ever since the release, I never, ever get the right cards in my starting/mulligan hand. It took me SIX MATCHES to draw Kingsbane at all. Meaning I went through at least 20 cards 6 times before I pulled that damn weapon. So all those enhancements that I had in my deck were either wasted on a dagger or held in my hand, waiting, hoping.... And it doesn't end there. No sir. I craft good ol' Keleseth because reasons but, of course, I only get him in the first half of the match about 1/30th of the time (that's a guesstimate).
But do my opponents have such bad luck? Why no! Of course not! Kingsbane is right there! And Lo, poisonous and lifesteal ready to go!.1-cost minions? They got em! Despite my hunter deck having about 6 of them do I get them in my starting hand/mulligan? No! Because why should I? It's only a death sentence against another aggro deck nbd.
AND THAT'S NOT ALL.
Casual has lost all meaning, folks. Think you're safe from 5-turn-KO aggro decks? HAHA. tbss. Experienced Golden Heroes are there, waiting, to womp your sorry ass.
You might suggest "just get better" or "just get over it" or any number of things but I don't think any of that is a permanent solution. The real problem is that clearly I forgot to sacrifice a goat to the RNG gods and must suffer for my insolence.

It's because the game is so expensive people grind meta decks for their 100 daily gold in casual.
I remember when Valeera the Hollow came out I fought a Hunter that was botting and his program didn't understand what was going on when my hero became stealth. It spent its whole turn trying to swing at my face, ignoring my board, until it roped. Then during my turn I could still see it trying to swing the minions at my face (highlighting each of them in the same rhythm) and when it's turn came around again it must've broken because it just sat there until I won.
I guess the painful thing to admit about that story is that it means that aggro is so powerful and so necessary to collect cards for free, that even the people who are using these strategies cannot stand to play in casual anymore because it is so full of people who are grinding just to keep up in their collections. For every 1 person playing for fun, there's 27 who will play the most brutal, most powerful, fastest deck they can to grind gold.

This is why there needs to be a third lane. The Bunny Slope of Hearthstone. Where we can still PVP without fear of an olympian zooming past us. I have no idea how that would be regulated but since HS has a "matched with people as good as you" coding in there somewhere you'd think it would be automatic or something.
I know Blizz wants to make money with their microcharges, but maybe a solution could be to up the gold reward for winning in Ranked to 10 gold PER WIN while casual would remain the same. Just a thought. ya listening, Blizzbot?

They should make a mode like tavern brawl where every week you construct a deck with your own cards but some cards from neutral and each class are banned and those banned cards are based off what people used in the previous weeks. That way each week would require retooling of the popular decks or other decks would become more popular as their competitors will have their key cards banned from overuse. A week is just enough time to get some experimentation in without metamancers utterly destroying it either. Just my 2 cents.

I have completely given up on reaching rank 10 this month, hell I can't even get to 15 because of faggot Warlocks topdecking me to death along with the usual emote spam

Just a reminder that if you are a priest player and you like to steal enemy cards you have to die alone in the worst way possible.

To everyone who plays Big Priest in Wild, I sincerely hope you step on a Lego.
Murloc Priest is secretly the best deck in the game.
Keleseth.
Shadowstep.

Honestly I'm not even mad. That luck, though.
I had to concede. Would have just been a waste of my time.
