Yep. This happened in ladder. Thoughtsteal my guldan with raza already in play from turn 5, then next turn play prophet velen and get a 0 mana 6 damage lifesteal hero power. Good job blizzard! Really good card design!
Fuck this meta are soo boring. I rather have Jade meta
Super dumb priests and lich king mage ass decks are so damn boring.
Then sometimes it comes a hunter that allways draws perfect and you are dead on turn 7-8. It doesnt matter what you play. Those ass hunters draws the right answer every turn
Out of 5 million players I'm apparently the only one who doesn't netdeck and instantly disenchants his entire collection to brainlessly hop on the netdeck train to craft the new #1 netdeck. As soon as a new one comes out, everybody instantly switches over and plays it, no matter how much dust is needed. Meanwhile after playing for 5 years, I have to choose 1 deck every expansion that I have to commit to because it costs 5000 million dust to craft another one.
Oh well, back to completing my win 5 games as hunter quest, 8 more hours to go with a winrate of 1% thanks to 100% rigged unwinnable games with the same exact curve and perfect answers every single fucking game, the whales are hungry and need to be fed and rewarded for spending 10.000$ on the game!
That is why hearthstone is just masochism sometimes. RNG giving perfect answers to opponent and nothing you can do about it. Of course I should have played around Cabal Shadow Priest and Mass dispel from a rouge/mage hybrid. After that I just didn't give shit.
What law is it called that when you're on your last win to hit the next plateau you inevitably lose? I know it's a law because it happens every single time.
This is fucking it. Lost 4 games in a row today to bullshit RNG and that's what broke the camels fucking back, I'm out.
After 2 years of HS and over 1000$ spent on that piece of shit game I deinstalled it from all my devices and unsubbed from the subreddit and all youtubers and streamers.
Good job Team 5, you finally drove one of your whales away. Fuck you all.
Still trying to complete my "win 5 games as hunter" quest that I started 4 hours ago. 1/5. Bullshit game after bullshit game after bullshit game.
Decided to switch to dead mans rope warrior to return the favor of wasting my time. Suddenly face completely different decks, but we already know that matchmaking is rigged don't we...
After 5 won 30 minute games switch back to hunter to try and continue my quest. Nope, turn 2 keleseth into southsea captain into patches into go fuck yourselves you goddamn motherfucking pieces of shit at rank 18. And you blizzard, as always, go fuck yourselves with your rigged SHIT.
Aggro's power level is so GOD DAMN high! Every class is playing a zoo-like ridiculously aggressive minion deck and they are dominating. It is clear that the next expansion will NEED to have very good board clears because I can't stand another meta where if you don't have 5 minions on your board by turn 4, you lose.
The fucking implied BM is the worst. You all know what I'm talking about. Opponent plays a card, attacks with a single minion, then waits for you to concede.
If you do this you can fuck right off.

Life before death. Strength before weakness. Journey before destination.
Spreading Plague topdeck the turn I finally stabilise, in to Ultimate Infestation on 10 when he has no cards in hand. Warlock hero power + double Ragnaros Lightlord. Spreading Plague topdeck the turn I finally stabilise.

*Shrugs* Some of this is perpetuated by losing players. On the wild ladder I've had plenty of people that know they are going to lose (e.g. when I start setting up my Aviana K'Thun OTK, or just when I have lethal on board from minions with some other deck). Plenty of people wait until you're going to play your last card to take the win and then they concede. So I see the 'wait to see if you concede' as partially a side effect of the 'concede right before the opponent wins' BM behavior

Tbh Army of the Dead into AntiMagic Shell was actually better. There was a much higher chance that you could stabilise from that. Your play definitely made sense though, but I feel like going wide gives you a better chance of having something that would survive and punch him for lethal next turn.

I'm Playing: Evenlock and Mill Rogue in Wild HS, Azami Control in EDH
Also came to echo the arena nonsense at the moment. I've had two runs, the first I had a Mage/Rogue with some very good cards, but no legendaries. I won the first two games, then the next three games were Shadowreaper Anduin on turn 8, another Shadowreaper Anduin on turn 8, Kazakus on turn 4, Netherspite Historian, into Bone Drake, into Sindragosa. Went 2-3. Second run I was Shaman/Warlock with some not so great synergies or picks. Was 2-2 again, then my opponent had every board clear. Hellfire, Volcanic Potion, Twisting Nether, DOOM!, and even when I had a slim chance of winning, reliable Mad Bomber hits me in the face for 3.

daily reminder that you're a cunt if you're playing a ladder deck in casual and that we need (NEED) "doesn't count for anything" mode
