Just played a control game with 35 Legendary Priest deck (with DK Anduin) (and I know it's a meme deck) against a Reno Kazakus DK Jaina Mage. My opponent got a Dreadsteed from his Kazakus potion that eventually won him the game (every turn a 3/6 with Freeze effect and Lifesteal is just GG; no way to counter that). I know that my deck wasn't that good because I was just trying something out and I know it's a meme deck, but why does RNG shit on nearly everybody all the time? What are the odds of getting a Dreadsteed from a Kazakus Potion (granted it was 10-cost potion so he got 3 Demons, but still). It's like a 1 in 10 chance or even lower to get a Dreadsteed from that potion, but my opponent gets it, and it's not just this single case, but RNG shits on me all the freakin' time. All the time when my opponent has a slight chance of turning the game around, he gets it. Shit is just not funny anymore and I personally think that RNG is ruining the game. Queue the haters that will say to go play Chess instead if you don't like RNG, but the RNG in this game is freakin' ridiculous. I don't mind a bit of RNG, but this shit is just insane nowadays. People playing like donkeys can still easily win games because of RNG, and I personally think that this game shouldn't be like this. If Blizzard wants people to view this game as a competitive and wants the HS Pro Scene to be held in higher regard, it should seriously tackle the problem of RNG. IMO it's nearly a coin flip or a dice toss nowadays, and everyone can toss a dice because there's no skill required for it.
P.S. The game went on till the my last card (Deathwing), and he had no possible way to counter my play (he only had a Reno and a Inkmaster Solia), and was taking fatigue damage fast (5 damage already), whereas I had a Deathwing and Anduin DK Hero Power (2 damage every turn). The only way for him to counter my Deathwing, was by using his DK Hero Power on his Dreadsteed to summon a 3/6 Water Elemental, so he could freeze my Deathwing the next turn with that Elemental. It was literally only Dreadsteed that enabled him to win that game. And that's why I think RNG is a big problem, because my opponent only won because he rolled a dice (Kazakus Potion) and got a 1-in-10 out. And of course you can say: shit happens (it's only a statistical probability), but I counter that by saying: Shit like that happens WAY too often in Hearthstone. I think that nearly everyone in this thread has the same experience with this game, and maybe this happens because Blizzard has 'rigged' the RNG, because they believe that the game is 'more fun' when an outcome occurs that is not very likely (to highly unlikely) to occur. I personally don't think it's 'more fun' when shit like that happens, because most players that like to play competitively don't want to depend on RNG, and draft their decks to be less RNG-dependent. So when I play against the umpteenth person that is playing a RNG-dependent deck (with Kazakus, Stonehill Defender, 'Thief Rogue', and the list goes on and on and on), and I see that the RNG is going in their favour for the umpteenth time, it's very triggering. IMO there's no skill required to play those type of decks, because you're highly to solely dependent on RNG, and you have no influence over the outcome of the RNG. The game just says: "Take this Tirion/Sunkeeper Tarim", "Take this Kazakus Potion with the 2 exact effects you needed to stay in the game and turn it around", and worst of all: "Take these random stolen cards from your opponent's class, and discount them so that you can later flood the board and overwhelm your opponent". I may sound triggered, and quite possibly I am, but this is a problem that has occurred in Hearthstone for far too long and Blizzard should really do something about it, or I quite possibly may quit this game altogether in the not so distant future. And I think that I'm not the only one contemplating this thought. I think Blizzard needs to listen to the community for once, or else they might lose a lot of players who have invested a lot of time and money into this game, and that would be a shame because quite frankly, Hearthstone (together with Overwatch (which I don't play btw)), is quite possibly one of the last games of Blizzard that people play nowadays, and were willing to pay for. WoW/SC2/Diablo 2 outdated, HotS/Overwatch/Hearthstone overrated, long have we waited, now we Jebaited.
WHY THE FUCK DO THEY FEEL THE NEED TO BM EVERYTIME THEY BEAT ME FFS
Sometimes it's like...cooooolll...i got the worst hand ever and you won...suuchhh skilll brooo...but some other times if the plays were good and he made a really good move then i'm like " okay okay, wp that was sick"
I never once played pirate warrior, but I do not understand why you would rope them. It wastes your time. Just win quickly and move on. Some players that play pirate warrior may be on a budget and not have enough resources to craft the expensive decks.
But how does it waste my time?
It's fun for me to rope them, and I play for that very reason - to have fun, rank doesn't matter to me at all and will be 5-Legend anyways by doing quests till the end of the season.
I play Gwent at the same time as you could see on screenshot and I am listening to some tutorials in the background that I need for work
I play HS just by quickly playing my turn and then either passing or waiting the rope to burn in case of Pirate Warrior, then I swap to other tabs, so either way I spent the same amount of time in Hearthstone, not a second difference between roping and not roping.
Overall, as you could see I do not waste a single second of my time over what I usually spend playing, yet I torture inferior worthless scum that should be treated as such.. so why not!

What is wrong with you? Inferior worthless scum? You need to get out more man. Your letting a pointless, let me stress that POINTLESS video game inflate your ego. Take a break and find out whats important. Don't find self worth in a game.
Looking at your post history I can see your just a sad troll. Sorry about that. I didn't know you had nothing else in your life.
I'm not mad, just feeling a little stupid. I didn't realize how good Warlock DK was when I got him, and didn't find out until I dusted him for Uther DK. But, I'm still having a lot of fun with Uther, his weapon and Hero Power are really good, and I even smuggled him into a few odd decks, like a Dragon Pally I made up. If you want to, not that you would, you can visit my Profile and check it out. The deck is honestly a lot of fun. Dammit, I'm sucking my own dick too much. Anyways, I feel bad for dusting a good DK.

Yeah - the same way it's fun for some people to play a deck that doesn't require A LOT of decisions (it still requires some, you can't just go face every time ... you can try yourself) and wins games fast ... you like roping, i don't, should i call you a scum for that?
The thing I feared most about this expansion came true
Jade druid is still good
Until a sizable number tech in Skulking Geist it will be for a long time. When I saw the Druid cards being released my heart sank-I knew that Jade ebola was here to stay. Once Geist takes hold though it'll change. I hope anyway. Druid is incredibly strong right now, but Jade is just the definition of anti-fun. It's why I won't ever use Druid decks.

Don't listen to him. You are pursuing a noble cause. Fuck pirate warrior
Jesus fuckin Christ, can people play anything but DK Priest and Jade Durid? I was hoping for once this game will have some variety.
Oh and mirror matches are always most frustrating in card games, but in HS I think it reaches the top. It's bullshit as hell, so annoying, frustrating. There should be some mechanism to lower the chance for mirror, since it's really WAY too frustrating, RNG depending.

Not every game has such frustrating mirror matches. Put Reinhardt vs Reinhardt in Overwatch and you are in for an intense match.
It's just that Hearthstone, while still being fun, it's also very annoying.
Why the is exodia mage a thing its the easiest fucking combo to do in the game.I put eater of secrets in my deck i face no mages i take it out 3 fucking mages in a row tech cards suck ass.

Fuck cubelock
I can't stand freeze effects such as Blizzard and Frost Nova
Not all who wander are lost.

I blame this site for the same fucking uninspired bullshit on the ladder.

Start a Druid arena game, currently 1-2 from insane curve-stone decks and them going first. Play another game.
Go second (of course) and get a pretty busted hand (contains 3 Druid of the Swarms.)
Fast forward to turn 5, currently i'm winning. I play Crypt Lord and Murloc Tidehunter, with Druid of the Swarm (1/5 Taunt) on board.
Warrior then plays Kodo, and hits Crypt Lord. Instantly lose the game from there.
Also want to point out the Warrior played Mindbreaker while still having 2 mana left over.
This fucking game rewards terrible players.
love that feeling when you go into the arena and it's only your second match and you see kazakus and free from amber.
Then have fun continue whatever you are doing and I hope you the best of luck in your future games :)
