I hate playing against agro decks they are not fun to play against. I think the problem with an agro deck is you can beat them if you draw the right cards in the first 3 turns, but if you don't you lose. Now on the other hand agro decks don't care too much what their starting hand is so statistically they have a much more consistent game.
On the other hand playing an agro deck does help you munch through quests and ladder pretty quickly. I will play agro hunter decks while watching TV. I don't even pay attention to what my opponent is playing and if it doesn't look like I can win by say turn 5 I just quit and go again.
Oh and if blizzard reads this ... I play agro decks to get gold so I do not have to purchase content so your business model for allowing agro decks is probably hurting your bottom line.
Im not saying that everyone needs to be on the aggro wagon. What I am saying is that if the meta has shifted, and you want to stay competitive, then so must you. If you are going to bitch every time the game seems overpowered in one way "Too much aggro! Nerf this card!" etc. then you are going to bitch a lot to no avail. The game is about strategy and adaptation. It doesnt make sense to complain that aggro players are taking the "easy" way to a win, but at the same time, want Blizzard to add/nerf some cards to so that you can have an easier path to the same victory.
Adapt! That is what I am saying. If you can't, then either you or your deck design isnt as good as you thought they were.
Control Warrior has a really hard time against deathrattle minions like Savannah Highmane and Piloted Sky Golem if you want to tech for that matchup.
Anyways, I played a against a Zoolock named RNGesus who really lived up to his name...the turn I clear his board and he has no hand I have 8 life left, plus he's used 2 Doomguards so I don't need to worry about that. He draws, taps, Arcane Golem + Power Overwhelming...
Why the **** would a Zoo player have Arcane Golem in his deck? I know it wasn't face Warlock because he played 15 cards including Haunted Creeper and Voidwalker.
Don't trigger the Scientist or Silence it. Trigger the Trap with a minion you don't mind losing or has already gained some value. Spells, battlecry minions and weapons are all good against it too.
Freezing trap and Aggro decks in general are strongest against decks that are greedy, if you don't have any low cost cards like Owls, Chows, Smites or similar that's your own fault.
Sure i could put zombie chow in. Hoping i would draw it. 3 card starting hand isnt really alot of cards.
As for belchers, you know they just get silenced ;b
Unstable ghoul is ok, but suddenly I feel like i am also playing aggro. Cuz since im forced to add all these critters to the deck the mana curve gets more and more aggro especially if i also need room for a low mana critter that has a place in the deck im using.
Putting in cards which allow you to do something on the first five turns of the game is not the definition of aggro. If you give 5 turn advantage to your opponent, you will lose a lot of games and it has nothing to do with aggro, it just bad play.

Can you post up some of your decks? Because I feel the only ones who defend aggro, are those who play it. If not, please show us a deck that counters it effectively. Cheers. You've said the word "bitch" more than anyone else in this thread, yet you have only 16 posts? You're basically bitching for no reason at the 'bitchers'
Well there you are wrong bro. Becuz I have been playing a deck that counters aggro. Also I would not write a complain thread if I didnt think the game was unbalanced (I expect a good card game to atleast be able to last 2 minutes even if my enemy has perfect draw)
Just rope the aggro decks the game will definitely go past a minute lol
pre-order and wait. For people who aren't bums and can afford $25 without it leaving as much as a scratch on your economy, that's a wise decision.
No, it is not. Actually it is exactly the opposite.
Just because you have already spent money on a game does not mean you must spend any more on it. On the contrary if the game goes south just leave it be. Paying money for the game you do not like in hopes that it just might get better is the stupidest idea ever both from logical and economical point of view. Otherwise you might end up paying for your own suffering.
While I agree that it is not fun to lose before T6 to agro because of poor opening hand, I think agro overall is fine. There need to be some way to punish decks thats too greedy.
It is just some cards that may be too strong in agro decks, mad scietist for example.
Lol I love aggro decks and play them quite intensively, BUT I've felt that aggro is in quite bad shape right now because of the many new staple anti-aggro cards like Annoy-o-Tron, Sludge Belcher and Antique Healbot which are commonly seen in most current meta decks . Countering aggro is really really easy right now is my point.
So you cannot blame the aggro decks of being "op" when th problem lies in you not properly adjusting and playing your decks.
That's funny. Handlock is an extremely risky deck that doesn't always pay off. It's one of my favorite decks, even though its been over a month since I've played it. I don't know what got you so pissed about handlock heh
I disagree I reached legend with a unique variation using flame imps, zombie chow, and Power overwhelming. In case anyone hasn't read the millions of threads responded to by that guy. I wanted to help him out and save some time.

If your silenced belcher runs into the frost trap, you get a new one right back :)

Also, run Kezan Mystic. You'd be amazed how effective she can be. It just so happens that the 3 top aggro decks can run secrets.
There are ways to beat aggro consistently. You just have to be creative.

The sodium level is high.
Rank 20: 38 out of 40 Seasons...I suck!
People who say silly things like that are usually the ones who bang their head off their keyboard when losing ... [/Kappa]
Pfffffttttt. I just punch holes in my walls. More stress relief.

You're boring.

I have no time for gains!
nothing, im not pissed off with handlock. I destroy handlocks on the regular im just bored of these kids playing it. Same shit different day.
I'd rather face 5 handlocks than face mech mages/face rush hunters any day.
