To all the people that says the average game is ~10mins...Are we even playing the same game? Nowadays, a lot, probably most, players play really agro decks, that goes nowhere near 10 minutes (assuming your opponent is actually playing, not checking facebook, mail, wanking, taking a nap, shower, or whatever else). Personally, I mostly play rogue and warlock, and from "card select" to "game lost/won" it takes anywhere from 2-4 mins (warlock/rogue) to 5-7 mins (again, warlock/rogue).
I guess everyone that wanna farm gold efficiently, and doesn't care all that much about win ratio, goes agro deck, and tries to win as fast as possible, if the match is taking too long, and not really going in your favor, it's simply better/faster/more gold/time efficient to surrender and proceed to the next game. And yes, that way, it's pretty easy to get 30 wins in a day. Hell, with as much time as I have, it's possible to pull over 60 on a good day...And yes, that is why I'm crying about that change, it's completely pointless to me, doesn't benefit ANYONE, and hurts some people (yes, not many of those, but still, pretty sure there are some people like me out there, that have too much time, and likes HS too much, and now we're being punished for it, Blizzard ftw ).
It'll still take about 3 hours at 5 min per game to reach 30 wins if you're winning at ~75%. Anyway, are you really playing this game 6 hrs per day every day to grind out 200g per day or something? Assuming you are, you're probably among the very very few who can put that kind of time into the game. If it prevents larger problems down the road then the cost for this change is very small.
Not to mention you could spend one hour of that time doing some sort of work and buy way more packs/arena entries than you'd ever get in gold. Then you wouldn't have to strictly grind as efficiently as possible. You could just play for fun.
Crappy changes IMO. Their ultimate goal is to have more diversity between 3 and 6 mana cost, and they sould realize they're not going to change that by nerfing the cards that are already dominating the curve, but instead buffing the cards that just can't see the light of day because they're subpar. I mean, Argent Commander 4/2? Sure, it dies easier to AoE and cheap removals, but so what? Will you play anything over it now that it has 1 less health? No. The same could be said about the cleric.
About the rest of the changes: 1 more damage out of Flame Imp doesn't change anything at all, really pointless. Nerfing Buzzard was REALLY unnecessary. Pretty crappy. Also, I've never been a fan of the UTH, but the way it works now? Nah, that was way unnecessary.
All in all, if every "balance patch" is going to be like this, I'm going to quit this game real fast.

Buzzard nerf was unnecessary, but I actually feel the UTH change was needed. OTK hunter is NOT something that should exist. It is extremely cheesy, and no fun to play against. However, they needed to actually make it decent, and buff hunter in other ways to make it playable.

Yes, that's what I meant. It deserved some serious reworking, but I don't think they should completely remove UTH from the hunter's arsenal, he's even weaker than he ever was now.
The 100 gold cap is ONLY for the gold you get every 3 wins, quests and such are not included in that cap. If you are playing so much that you can get more than 100 gold in a day with just wins, that is a serious health concern. I'm not even trying to be funny or trolling. Seriously, step away from the computer because that is waaaay too long to play in one day. Games usually take between 15-20 minutes for me, because people on HS take forever to take their turns. To get that many wins in one day is just mind-boggling to me.

You certainly have a point there. Occasionally there are those days when you have nothing else to do and play a game for 5+ hours and that's fine but doing so on a daily basis when you're not a 'professional' should be subject to concerns.
15-20 mins for an average game is slightly exaggerated though. Most ppl play rush decks these days and an average game takes about 7 minutes for me. Since people on average win 50% of their games, they'd have to play ~66 games to acquire the 100g cap. 66x7 mins = 462:60 = 7.7 hrs. That is a lot of time, even for a free day, no point in complaining here.
False, everyone and their mother seems to have an 85%+ winrate.
And about the 110g, it's to effectively curb the people complaining about the gold cap, 10 gold won't kill anyone, supposed bots will still farm up to the cap, atleast this way there's just less whining for a simple 10 gold.
About all those bots...What is the point of botting in this game? Let's say some chinese dude gonna bot, get a lot of gold, and then chooses to sell account. Someone who's already willing to spend money, is, in my opinion, way better off spending his money just buying cards from Blizzard. If someone is botting the gold for himself, not for sale, still that person gonna be pretty much clueless about the game, and even with every single card in the game, ain't gonna be much of a threat for a player who's got more experience through playing, instead of botting.
Think about that for a second. A bot runs a program for a while, farming up, say, 200 packs of cards while the guy goes on about his day (with a bunch of other bots also going) and then he sells the account for about 20 bucks a pop. If you buy cards via blizzard, those 200 cards will cost you MUCH more. That's why botting is a threat.
Also, if you honestly play the game that often, you won't have an issue with gold. Players who DO play that much, like hafu, trump, kripp etc. They all have like 3k gold and all the cards.
Shattered Sun Cleric - Honestly I had hoped this would become a 2/2, but maybe a 3/2 won't be so bad since it's still as killable. I just hate how you get a decent minion while getting that +1/+1. If you use it to trade a little minion for a bigger minion, that's pretty plus. If you use it to help your minion survive an attack, then you pretty much 2 for 1 right there. This ability is just so powerful for early game and as far as I've seen (generalizing here) it's often the person who gets it out first and takes control of the board who wins. So yeah, I wish the body wasn't as big.
Argent Commander - I like this change for now. It'll be easier to kill it with little guys after it kills something for free. This card is almost always going to 2 for 1 and it's just nicer that your second loss against this card can be something smaller. Still ridiculous though.
Flame Imp - I like the change. Flame Imp is a strong card and although the downside hurt, using Sap or something on it (or freezing trap) didn't really hurt as much as it should since it's just 1 mana. I think Sap could be better with this change. Also, killing it before it attacks feels more rewarding. It's almost like you're spending 1 card to not only kill one of your opponent's cards but to deal 3 damage to them. Good feeling.
Mind Control - Priests are going to suffer I think. I feel like Mind Control should just be Shadow Madness for any power minion but still be 8 mana if that's the case. I think a 10 mana Mind Control, although kind of necessary for what the card currently does, is going to be the downfall of priests (and they're not even that powerful right now).
Starving Buzzard - I really don't like this change. Hunters are pretty crappy right now and need all the help they can get. It went from being a problem card for Druid, Mage, and Rogue to straight up crap against them. It's ok to let a class semi-counter another! They could still kill the buzzard over two turns at least and sure they could get a draw or two off of it with some weak minion follow up. Big deal. Really didn't need a nerf.
Unleash the Hounds - I hate this change so much. They had an OTK deck which made the metagame more beautiful. It did need a change, no doubt, but this basically kills the deck. Now it's Hunter OTKMaybeIfYouOverExtendedAgainstAHunter. Dumb.

I must really NOT understand how bots work in this game, cause I don't see how they could farm 200 packs of cards in...well, even a lot of days. Hearthstone was originally designed, at least for me, in a good anti-bot way, gold only for wins, and stuff like that. Even at low mmr, against new/bad players, I can't imagine even a good bot winning a game. Obviously, it's safe to assume that all the bots are running at low mmr, so sometimes there must be games bot vs bot, and that is the only time a bot could win I think, and there shouldn't be all that many games like that. Unless they're using bugs like TrackingHunter, but like I wrote few posts back, bugs like that should be fixed, not gold capped introduced.
And it's not really about issue with gold, cause technically speaking I don't really need that gold, since I already have decks that works well for me, so I don't need to buy more cards, However, I like getting rewarded for spending my time on something, and gold cap is the worst way to take that away.
Let's just hope that new ranked system will be exciting enough to play after 30 wins/day...
Oh, and nearly forgot - Funny example, the streamers ;) Try spending as much money on the packs as they did, and I promise you, even with bad luck, you're gonna have all the cards too.
You still are getting rewarded, you will make experience on all the classes all the same, you will just get less gold after your THIRTIETH win that day. If you don't need the gold, be happy with the gold cards from leveling up. And even when you made the gold for the day, you can still make profit off arena if you care so much about gold.
With streamers, my point was more on them making 3k gold off of arena rather than having all the cards.
I wonder if they plan to fix the game breaking hunter tracking glitch that is becoming more and more prevalent and ruining games.
Or the minion swap bug.
Would love to see that fixed. Does anyone know what causes it? There have been a few times when I tried to play Defender of Argus between two minions and somehow he only buffed one of them. Didn't even see that coming.
The gold change isn't that big of a deal at all. I struggle to pull off 30+ wins a day, that's unreal. Especially because I'm at work almost every day. But the UTH nerf really hit hard, not only do I have to redo my favorite decks but now they are just about worthless. Now I'm forced into a new meta of non OTK hunter, which is the only option now. Why didn't they just make UTH give charge and no damage at all? It'd be much better than removing it and replacing it with a free snake trap passive. Although I'm already thinking of a new use for it because of the minions it puts out now, might be very op really soon. The only thing I don't get is why Blood Imp didn't get hit.

Any card that depends on your enemy having a full board for value will never be OP.

Uh, yea it will. I won a few games last night from the new UTH, do you know of a card called Scavenging Hyena? I had one of those and summoned about 5-6 hounds, all died, all buffed my Hyena with insane damage. Yea, not op.
I was a little annoyed by changes to cards that were already in one of my arena decks. Its not huge but it really sort of throws a wrench in a deck when suddenly several of the cards in it get worse.

A natural side effect to the game not showing you your win rate :)
