On the Ipad(OG) I experienced lag, but no crashes, and the Samsung Galaxy 2 + 3, extremely laggy, ended up missing many a turn because it was just so slow at registering anything but no crashes. I don't own any of these and played off of friends/family. Thank the RNG for PCs!!
Before purchasing your own tablet, make sure nobody posted similar issues for your chosen device.
Good luck.
Sorry to hear that, by disconnecting... Do you mean lag like? Or does the game run fine for a little bit in games(not just menus)? Looking at the specs thats a pretty old tablet, Feb 2011. It's amazing how much more powerful tablets have come in the last 2 years. Specs now equivalent to desktops/laptops from 2 years ago >.>
What version of Android are you running on it? (Site doesn't say if they released the 4.0) If not you should look at if you can root it and put on a custom OS that is 4.0 or better.

1st gen iPad Air user. Used to be great. From around knights of the frozen Throne the game has seemed to been getting slower and a bit sluggish, certain game boards are worse Un’Goro with volcano is worst one. Certainly nothing unplayable or frustrating. The odd crash at times but they are rare.
Could be the age of my iPad as well. But i think the game is getting bloated and power hungry. Battery life on it is worse as well.

i am playing on my Nexus 7 (2013) with Android 4.4.2.
its working smoothly.
you only have an lag when you found an opponent after opponent search.
ingame i didn't saw any performance issues so it is working fine.
if you are planning to buy a new tablet, take one with at least 2 GB RAM and 9" or 10" display size.
Lenovo Yoga 2 10 32GB
or
Google Nexus 9 32GB

in 2018, for me, HS is a bit Laggy and stuttering with iPad Mini 4 (2016).
Recently, the game is getting bigger and bigger, it cost much CPU Resorce than before.
I use Galaxy Tab S SM-T805 and the game runs smoothly.
See you on the other side...
Runs well on my galaxy tablet unless it wants to update in background. Then it lags.
Huge gripe is the size of Hearthstone file on tablet ... 3.6 GB. I have to uninstall HS if I do extensive video work with tablet.
Other complaint is HS closing while alt/tabbing for deck code.

Tablets are a little tricky to find best suited for Hearhtstone. But I personally find Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro S a very nice tablet that I purchased for myself. You can check the specs here https://www.findpare.com/tablet/samsung-galaxy-tab-pro-s-128-gb-wifi
Stay away from Verizon's self labeled tablets they suck.
I have the iPad Air 2 and it works GREAT on there! (Minus the fact that there's not Hearthstone Deck Tracker lol)
Really ? My i Pad Mini 4 is a bit stuttering on Hearthstone (and another card-game TES:Legends).
The difference is ... core processor ? A9 Processor is far better than A8 ?
Note: A8 (Mini 4) --> A9 (iPad Air) --> A10 (iPad Pro)
I have ipad air 1 and the game runs slowly
iPad Air 1 has A7 Processor. my iPad Mini 4 with A8 is still slow.
it Looks HS require A9 Processor.
on a kindle fire hd 8" plays nice. Not 100% smooth, but good enough.
I'm about to buy a tablet for my kids (mainly) - but if I could be able to play HS it wouldn't be too bad.
Does anyone know how HS is doing on a Huawei MediaPad T5 10,1"?
This thread is over 2 years old.
It's probably best to just check the system requirements from Blizzard and go from there.
