I just had a game with a malygos shaman deck against aggro hunter and they added me right after calling me an "asshat" and saying legendarys are cheating. I have had similar things happened before has anyone else had this problem/annoyance/amusement before?
I've done that to people, but not for one or two or three legendaries. It's when they pull out 6+ and that final rag snipe hits me instead of my 5 minions that I rage and call them a pay-to-win RNG master.
I've experienced this one time so far, when I lost using Control Warrior to a Mill Rogue (which, let's face it, isn't a fair matchup at all). The opponent decided it would be fun to add insult to injury by adding me to gloat about his victory, and then immediately deleting me so I couldn't respond. I was pissed at first, but then felt better after I thought about how he must have needed that ego boost when he finally managed to beat someone after losing over and over to aggro decks.

Or maybe they've played alot as the game's been out over a year and they just beat you fairly but you can't handle it so you come up with excuses?
I added a guy once to compliment on him for his unique deck. He beat me and it was absolutely hilarious. I am glad he added me becuase we laughed and had a nice text chat.
Haven't had anyone add me yet to be rude. I don't taunt people and use the emotes to be condescending or trollish. That might be a reason for some of these adds.
Nothing is worse especially for a free to player without a lot of resources to lose to 5 legends in a row followed by a bunch of sorries.
I had it only one time when i was playing with a Paladin Divin Shield against a Zoolock, he lost and he added me to insult me because he said that with zoolock he always win so he said i was a cheater ._.
Such skill. Much wow. Was he number 1 legend for his region then? Based on his undefeated record?
Never got invited just to be insulted. On the other hand, i added some people after a good/fierce game. Sadly, they took ages to accept and by the time i see then on my list, i dont remember anymore how the game was.
I can see why that would be frustrating. However, sometimes I want to emote sincerely but it is difficult to know how it will come across. For instance, earlier I was playing a Paladin with my spare parts Antonidas/Gazlowe deck (I'm aware of the oncological nature of the deck). We had both played well with me probably having the upper hand (just), until he made a power turn around turn 12. Before this point I had board control but he managed to fill his board and make a modest quartermaster play against my two 2 damaged mech yetis and a Gazlowe. That turn took away a likely win from me and made it anyones game. In fact he probably would have won with that board. It was at this point that I topdecked a flamestrike and wiped his board and got insta card advantage and I felt bad for him. It was pure fortune that won me that game so I emoted "sorry".
I was tempted not to because I know some people don't like it but I felt it would be even douchier to not say sorry.
Yeah once I was playing Control Hunter in Casual because why not its not a tryharding deck so I have some great fun in casual with it. Well after one game against Control Warrior when I was playing my hunter deck, we slugged it out almost close to fatigue and it was pretty fun but I ended up winning with a Sneeds+feign death combo and that was the end of it. So after the player added me and I figured he was going to just say something like fun game and maybe wanted to chat we didn't spam emotes or anything so I figured he wasn't annoyed but the first thing he says to me is "wow your deck is g*y if you didn't get lucky I would have won easily" after that I said im just trying to have some fun over here and he replies with "well if you have all those legendarys play ranked and stop being a p*ssy in casual" after this he deleted me before I even finished reading what he said and I just laughed because he was playing one of the best decks right now, in Casual and on top of that he had Rag,Baron geddon and slyvanas in his from what I had seen and hes telling others to play ranked.
I know. It was probably a 1/10 so it was fortunate for me and bad for him, but it is something my deck was meant to be able to do with reasonable consistency anyway. The game hinged on a good topdeck on that particular occasion though. Most of the time though you either have the flamestrike in your hand a few turns in advance or its at the bottom of your deck when you need it.
I still have no clue why anyone would accept a request from a recent opponent. C'mon, people. Feeding the trolls just makes them think it's effective.
I have added people who just wanted to say GG and talk about deck ideas depending on the matchup.
I did the exact same thing the other night. Played a SUPER close game with my Druid vs. a Pally and we were both swinging life totals by 10 or so each turn through healing and damage and such. After the match (which I did end up winning) I added him because I wanted to talk about how damn close it was and compliment his deck. Never accepted the request even though I wasnt spamming emotes or anything. Made me a little sad actually. Really hate that the trolls have ruined that aspect of this game.

If the opponent is a Hunter or Warlock then the chance is 75%. Otherwise, the chance is about 10%.

Had it twice since beta. When it happened the last time I pretty much giggled the entire conversation.
Game out for a year, daily quests for packs + arena for gold and dust, all legendaries are pay to win confirmed. Rank 25 logic

Most of my friends are folks I've added after a match and we've discussed the game.

Never happened to me, in well over 1000 games spread from closed beta until now.

Its pretty entertaining to read how salty your opponent is after he lose.

Yeah one time someone added me to whine about how I was playing a Warlock Murloc deck - he said 'how original'.. He was playing face hunter.
Free to try and find a game, dealing cards for sorrow, cards for pain.
