Because the goal of the game is the same in Ranked, Casual, Arena and AI modes - reduce your opponent's health to zero before they reduce your health to zero.
I've seen mostly Warriors, Priests and Warlocks in casual in the last few days while learning mill druid. They actually all had pretty unique decks as far as I remember. Saw one Warrior with Warbots and a general mech theme and a full on Demonlock. Pretty cool stuff actually.
Because they can earn gold.... If you get a real casual (instead of non ranked) without any kind of reward, then we will be able to play troll decks against strangers.
For now, impossible. People just max their gold out while getting power leveled on ranked to get the legend cardback, eventho they sux at the game...
Casual is casual. I understand that if you are at rank 15 it can seem a bit harsh, but trust me. Casual mode is mostly new/experimenting/questing people.
One thing i don't understand is, why are you upset that your opponent is trying to win? Aren't you doing the same? Are you a hypocrit? If you don't mind losing in casual, and your opponent rolled all over your face, why does this thread exist?
1. Ranked Play; My better decks designed to win before anything else.
2. Fun decks in casual. Not a great win % but I have a good time with them. Think Mill Druid or Deathrattle/Reincarnate deck.
3. Quest in casual. These are usually my aggro speed decks that will win or lose quick. I like seeing warlock come up because I grab my pretty much unchanged from launch Murloc deck and bust out some quick wins. I can rack up 5 wins in as little as 20 minutes sometimes. Games are over before 8 mana crystals almost every time.
I think it's honestly ladder anxiety, people get to a certain rank and are afraid to lose their rank even though rank means nothing unless u are going for legend and chances u aren't going for legend if u are playing in casual mode any way.
I used to go into casual mode to play a new deck just to get used to it so i wouldn't lose rank, i know how all the decks are played now due to watching streams so i personally dont ever go into casual mode any more.
If I'm testing I'll run whatever piece of garbage deck I just made up, but if I'm questing and I have 2x "Win 5 games with Warlock" I'll go full Zoo. I often meet full-face Hunters on casual, it's simply a quick way to complete dailies.
I wish there could be a "fun mode" with a different set of rules for deck building each day or week. Like:"Only Common Cards allowed", "Must Have all Bomber cards", "Must contain at least 6 Murlocs, no Legendaries allowed" etc etc. Just to give people more reasons to build new and weird decks.

why do people go to casual just to all play hunter and zoo... there is no real casual mode because everyone still plays tryhard decks
why cant we have a mode where people play just for fun, its tiring playing every game vs people who either win by turn 5 or concede
Because this game is played by very much piece of trash
Quick gold collection.
But.. I don't find that. I see a huge variety in casual.
Cause they will better when they beat bad players. Kind of motivation.
You can try your decks on ladder. There is relatively less cancer there.

Play hard or go home... oh w8 :n
...OuO...
Whenever I play casual, it's usually f2pers or deck experimenters, i never see huntards

They could be new to a deck and testing it out before laddering. A lot of people do that.

yeah and where is the fun mode, where u play with funny decks that can't stand a chance against aggro? :) Thats the issue here.
Not a matter of being rank 15 or not. I am a returning legend, and I like to play retarded decks, and can't bother my friendlist 24/7 for that.
There is this funny thing called FRIENDS, try to play with them.
Game modes in HS ale lacking for sure, but thats just how it is. Hopefully its going to change.
Because it rewards gold, so people want to win.

I do one of three things when I play HS.
1. Ranked Play; My better decks designed to win before anything else.
2. Fun decks in casual. Not a great win % but I have a good time with them. Think Mill Druid or Deathrattle/Reincarnate deck.

I use casual for testing and questing.
