I've spent absolutely no money on this game, and have been playing since beta. I dunno, there's something really satisfying about grinding hard for the cards I want. I typically get 6-win Arenas, and I spend my dust *very* carefully.
Well i spent around 200€ on classic and naxx, and would say that likely gonna spend around 150€ on gvg, as for such a long term game it's not that much actually, comparing to the fact that you pay 50€ for new CoD, and play it for a week or two, spending 300-400€ on a game that i'm playing for almost a year already is not too shabby.
$125 for arena during the beta. Also, arena rewards were better in the beta, meaning more dust/gold/cards/gold card if u constantly get 4+ wins. The Canadian dollar was also better at the time.
$50 on normal cards. I had every thing already. Everything I did not have, I could craft with my 20k dust, but wanted more gold cards.
Bought the naxx expansion. However much that was.
$210 on expansion ($240 CDN). No more time to grind arena now. Got every thing I wanted, and the rest, just crafted. I only craft gold versions of things btw
I've bought 40 classic packs 60 gvg packs and Naxx. I don't know how much that is but it doesn't feel a lot considering I have a huge collection. Most of it I got through grinding tonns of arena though. I do regret spending so much on packs for GvG because I could have gained all the cards I needed for free with patience but hype won me over :p

How to become ∞ at arena: - practice, practice, win, dominate, profit.
2 x 15 card packs = $40 1 x Naxx = $20 1 x 15 GvG packs = $20
$80 total. On my F2P account, I have all of naxx and about 6 legendaries, and for some reason it's more fun to collect w/out paying. (On my paid account I have control warrior, handlock, and most of the vanilla legendaries.)
I've bought naxx wings 2-5, and a few random packs and arenas. Totalling around $40-50, which isn't that much considering how much enjoyment I've gotten from playing Hearthstone. Gonna buy 14 GvG packs later though.
350.00 when the iPad version came out in April, never knew the game existed got extremely addicted (first week too haha). I was addicted to opening packs and getting legendaries!
0 When Naxx came out (had 3200? gold)
70.00 when GvG came out.
This guy is me apparently. Everything except for playing it on Ipad.
I've lost count, but probably 400$ or so. I don't know, compared to competitive dog grooming, trainspotting and collecting Christmas ornaments, I don't think spending a bit of cash on a strategic game hobby is that bad.
I don't think that's how they are actually intended. That's how pay to own/play games work. The whole purpose of F2P games is the payment ladder. In this one, time is a commodity.
$150. Mainly from Itune gift cards I win or got from office parties and white elephant exchanges.
One classic at the start of playing, one GVG and one more Classic.
I'm ok at arena which has been giving me gold. I play the dailies correctly. I have stopped buying packs with gold and only through arena.
If I get 2-3 wins that is generally 50 gold, so the pack cost me 100 gold and I learned what not to do in the arena again.

around 180 € but I rarely invest money into video games, so its fine. It's nothing else than buying three to four games in about a year.

80-90 bucks
I've spent probably around $160. I've had fun though, so it's been worth it.
0 dollars but stil legend :)
Time is precious. Waste it wisely. Legend Seasons: 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 17
Current deck: Not playing much anymore
Highest rank: legend rank 9 Highest finish: legend rank 103 Infinite Arena Player

$0.00
I would consider "to much" to be spending more than what you are getting is worth to you.
hatta spend $5 for that golden gelbin mekkatorque
I compare this game too a playstation or xbox. Games cost 60$ so when a new expansion comes out i just put 60 in and call it a day

Its because of people like him we get to play this game for "free" :D
I salute you big spenders!

I really want Pirates to be a playable theme.
£0.00, I am F2P.
F2P players are not stingy or poor, we are cost efficient.
Playing casually these days (work), always happy to talk strategy and deck building.
