Can anyone explain this to me? I really want the patches skin and have been doing daily quests for it, but the big earners are time gated. But the last quest is now time gated (for me atleast) to a point where the event is already over. Is this supposed to be like this?
anyone know if this is a bug or intended?

thank you!!! Wasnt there immediately supposed to be the 30 years of WC event after this though? Will they have to postpone that too?
nah, they never are immediately one after another, and they never start an event track with the release of the expansion
the event always starts around a week after the expansion release and iirc it was actually planned for the next one to start on the 12th
so this time around one will end and the new one will start immediately(unless they postpone the new one by a little)
