Yeah, not happy about it, either. Fortunately, the Brawl this week is pretty well-suited to vomiting out pirates. If you're lucky, you'll play someone else playing a similar deck and be able to get this quest out of the way quicker. But it is a stupid quest, especially to start with.

Well they wanted to make the event longer so people log in every day to do it. They may spend some gold, they may buy something. Who knows? It’s clearly a way to increase retention. Maybe they could trim it a bit but the way they did it previously you could literally do it in 2 days with 0 effort. Plus this event they are giving MORE away and people just complain. I swear they could gift wrap 50 packs and people would complain that it’s not 60!

I would do this playing battlegrounds, this seems much faster way to do it.

 Nope, you can't. It literally says "ranked hearthstone" which is why it's so fuckin dumb.

Also damaging enemy heroes in BG didn't count toward the daily quest "deal damage to enemy heroes 35 times in hearthstone" either. I guess BG isn't hearthstone anymore. KEK

Instead of over-dramatizing on such a pitiful matter, could've [auto]created a piret warrior wild deck and slay 3 opponents for the easy quest-done

Of course, not everyone gets the point of threads like this. It's called "mining canary"; whenever they introduce less chocolate and more shit, and you accept it without criticism, you should expect to be served even more shit next time.
