Hello, I'm looking for the card that sets the hero's HP at 40. I know that there is already the prince who sets the HP at 40 and that being the size of the deck at 40. But the one I'm looking for does it with a cry of war

Knowing that it's a priest card, is there a way (thanks to the ability of a card or other) to put it in my assassin or warlock deck?

It comes from a quest, so you can't put it in your deck.

Even a priest can't put it in deck, they have to play the quest, finish the quest, and get the card. 

The only way to play it as an assassin/warlock is to play against a priest and steal/copy it from the other player. 

No, that is impossible. You could be running Prince Renathal and Reno Jackson to achieve that, but you cannot use Duplicates and your deck will also need to have 40 cards as a restriction.
