Is it possible for my Hearthstone account to be blocked from adding friends or being added?
I’ve had some great games and sent friend requests to congratulate my opponent but whenever I send a friend request my client disconnects?
I get not every player will accept a friend request but I definitely think something weird is happening with my account
Playing on Mac when I hit the "send request" button after a game in instantly get the "please reconnect to continue" prompt.
Been like that for a few months, I think, and when I log back in the "last opponent" tab has refreshed. Not sure if the requests get received or not but I haven't noticed anyone accepting one.
This happened to me before. It’s because you have too many friends request pending (or at least it was for me if I remember correctly). It would cause HS to crash when I would try add more past a certain point. Hope it solves your problem too.
