Is this a bug or am I missing something? Happened twice already, I select an ability and nothing happens. Works fine with Dirge of Despair for example.

Sargeras, the Destroyer abilities depends if The Twisting Nether is summoned, and it can only be summoned by Sargeras's battlecry.

Thanks for the info, that is one truly retardedly worded card... Now that I think of it, when it worked Dirge a priest had copied and played it so there was a Twisting Nether in play.

 I understood it just fine the first time I read it.

Send minions to the twisting nether didn't trigger my death rattle. Is that correct? (Had kangor and rivendare on the board)

It is correct. Sending minions to the void works like The Amazing Reno/Remove from game ability (don't trigger deathrattles, don't give Corpses, don't go to ressurrect zone).

Wow that's pretty powerful I thought it'd just cast twisting nether!
