Didn't know about this card existence and just faced it on a wild game, but I cannot find it to create it.

It seems to belong to Kobolds set but it doesn't show when filtering the card name.

Any idea?

It's a treasure so it could be made from Kazakusan. Did your opponent play that? It can also be a treasure in the duel mode.

Ah yes the 3 mana 5/1 that cannot be removed. Why didn't I think about putting 2x in all of my decks?

 Smothering Starfish becomes tier 0. Auto include in every deck.
