As the tittle says, I feel little to zero interest in buying packs for this expansion, even with gold. Yeah, the DK class is a good addition, fun to play, but in terms of competitive play, I see only a few cards from the new sets in the highest win rate decks. I never saw so little impact when a new expansion comes to play.
I think it's had quite a big impact personally. DKs are everywhere right now (and pretty solid as a class in the meta - not overpowered, but strong as they should be). Assuming that what others have been saying is correct, DK has had a big impact on Arena meta (though that is subjective to speculation still). As for non-DK classes, we saw a massive swing with Shock Hunter for a time until it had to be nerfed. No-Mining DH is very strong too. And Beast Hunter is doing very well.
Yeah, but DK is not a good class for climbing really. And Beast Hunter keeps the same deck it had before the expansion. Imp Warloks still are everywhere.
I see a lot of DKs, but I think it's because it's the new toy, and to complete the Quest. Other than DK, I face the same decks in the ladder.

Am I wrong, or this is happening?
Castle was one of the expansion with major impact on this year so its not really weird that this happens to be fair.

No i disagree, most classes got a fair amount of cards that made them way better. Only warlock i can think of that didn't get "competitive" cards.
