in 15 runs I’ve been offered DK only twice lmao. I’ve lost to dk 68% of my losses. And I’m only averaging 5.2 since I’m running into so many dk and not getting them myself.. game mode is trash at the moment

Happened the same to me i went 3/3 the only time i picked it (i did it just to advance the DK event i dont really abuse of something thats clearly broken) , but you gotta be kidding me , the stats dont lie. It's not because you and I were bad once with DK that's not a problem the only class I managed to do more than 7 wins so far was paladin because I managed to get some very strong drafts and this card 1 mana discover a dragon and summon a5/5 taunt in paticurlarly is absolutely broken in arena people will complain about that after they fix DK (if there's a way to fix it) , but yeah arena is just messed up right now, unplayable as expected to me at least.

They made this class specifically to fuck up the arena. I feel something else is coming soon in terms of monetization, regarding it.
DK is powerful because of board presence, and this is what wins arenas, together with some board clears or swing cards. It's very consistent as a class and they know it.

Clearly, you don't play arena. Currently, Death Knight gets mostly class cards. Had a game where DK played around 20 class cards. While other decks get around 10-15 class cards. Not to mention the fact that the corpse cards, when used by other classes do not get the corpses additional effect since they can't get corpses. Oh and the DK cards are overtuned as well.
Clearly, you don't play arena. Currently, Death Knight gets mostly class cards. Had a game where DK played around 20 class cards. While other decks get around 10-15 class cards. I literally just spoke about my experiences in Arena. So clearly I do, but ok. Lol
The reason is simple - because DK has no bad class cards. All cards released are in the current hyperpowercreep design direction. Other classes have old garbage class cards polluting their pick pools, while DK gets only good cards.
All you need to do as DK is pick cards that let you discover things. You will always discover insanely good cards.
Also if you ever discover a The Scourge you just automatically win. You can get it from discovering a spell, a shadow spell, or an Unholy Rune card.
And the chances are really high since there are not that many spells in the pool. I've gotten it multiple times from Pandaren Importer now.
And I think Paladin's win rate is being held up exclusively by Flight of the Bronze which is offered constantly and is batshit insane in arena. I had FOUR in my deck once.

With the rune system (and the fact it's a new class) it was obvious DK was going to be broken in arena and have a massive advantage over any other class.
1) Any rune immediately limits card options which helps with the synergy of the cards you've already got
2) All the class are all pretty good because they all come from the new power-creeped Hearthstone and they all currently feature the undead synergy.
3) If you get a triple rune early you basically end up with a constructed style deck because there arent enough cards for it to not end up that way.
4) Discover effects are much more powerful and consistent (see 2).

We definitely can, however, it hardly helps the issue at hand. Did I mention that he started with 0 copies of Frostwyrm's Fury in the deck and generated 3 of them over 10 turns?
Any means to generate additional DK spells/minions (especially triple Rune ones) in arena should be curtailed, at the very least until the initial nerfs come around.
There's also something to be said about being able to draft triple Rune decks at all, but I'm not sure how to deal with that properly.

Similar statistics here: DK is never offered on my acc (and twice in a row on my partner's acc - so the server-wide statistics is fine), and encountered 50% of games. Rigged? Don't think so: I guess most ppl just concede immediately if they don't get DK or highroll a deck. And on 3+ wins one mostly gets DKs as opponents cuz everything else was destroyed on 1-2 wins.
