 I got the same issue but after +- 5 relogs its working now at least for me.

/edit update after one game in wild i got kicked out and now is menu not responsive again

i can log in and im able to start the game. but then screen is frozen, except the fog moves. Hearthstone Mode is greyed out, other mode button is missing completely. no quest dairy no shop button.

reboot doesnt work - i did several re log ins and restarts

seems like i gotta wait lads

i managed to enter a game but it is laggy as hell....blizzard devs prove once again they are garbage...

So they are looking into it.

Idk why only EU servers seem to be affected by these issues...every goddamn time.
It can't be a coincidence at this point.
Also there's no excuse for the heavily delayed patches on the mobile client.
No other crossplay game besides Hearthstone does this.
It has nothing to do with the app stores and their policies.
Every developer has the opportunity to let them approve of their updates in time.
