It could be you have too many Friend Requests that weren't responded to. That happened to me. You can delete these in your Blizzard profile.
What I suggest works only at the desktop. Send the friend request not immediately after the game, the "A recent opponent want to be your friend" was used to BM too many times.
Wait some time and only after some time send the request. How do you have to know the battleags? In HSreplay decktracker you have all games with the whole battletags.
Usially it does work for me.
