you mean somewhere else than here ? because hpwn has golden anims, that you could download and edit , but you would need to script it if you want "full".
your best shot is probably working with this : https://github.com/HearthSim/UnityPack on game files. but reach to these guys https://hearthsim.info/ over IRC , they ll probably give you a correct and efficient answer to do what you want

Afaik there are no "full" golden animations. What you see on the card is all there is.
