So even though pirate warrior is getting more and more support every expansion it's still far from viable deck. I want to share my ideas how to make this deck viable at least at low ranks.
Miss Smite - 6 mana 5/6 Neutral Legendary pirate - Your pirates have windfury.
Fathaarrr Benedictus - 5 mana 4/6 Warrior Legendary pirate - Start of the game: If minions in your deck are all pirates give all pirates in your hand and deck divine shield.
Seabound Inquisitor - 8 mana 8/8 Neutral rare pirate - rush, cost 1 less for every pirate you have. After you hero attacks an enemy this attacks it twice.
Smiteful Summoner - 6 mana 4/4 Neutral epic pirate - Battlecry: Reveal highest cost legendary pirate from your deck. Summon random legendary pirate with the same cost.
Patches the Buccaneer - 1 mana 1/1 Neutral legendary pirate - Battlecry: After you play this summon random pirate from your deck.
Recruit 3 pirates from your decks that costs 2 or less. They count as if they were played to progress your questline. Also trigger their battlecries with random targets. Negative battlecries targets enemies if possible. Also give them charge, divine shield and winfury. If they all die this turn cast this again.
Elise Arrseeker - 4 mana 3/5 Warrior legendary pirate - Battlecry: Shuffle Golden Anchor to your deck that transform cards in your hand and deck into random legendary 6 cost pirates. Set their cost to 1.
the fact that Raid the Docks, is still the most hated card in Standard, after going through 2 Nerfs is utterly amazing.
But I think we've finally reached a point where Raid the Docks doesn't even matter, they could add 10 extra steps, who cares when you can now discover more Smite's from Nellie and Amalgam, and charrrge Face with the whole Pirate crew.
Talk about the ultimate nerf-proof resilient deck

TOO WEAK! Patches should start in your hand and summon 3 pirates from your deck!
No, patches should draw a pirate and set its cost to (0).

Uncle Smite - 3 mana 3/2 warrior legendary pirate - Steal a minion from the deck of your opponent. He is a pirate in addition a your minion type.
Grandpa Smite: 4 mana 7/7 Deathrattle: Summon 3 random pirates, they fight each other.

4 mana 3/3 Battlecry: Summon two 2/3 cannons with "whenever a friendly character attacks fire 2 damage at the enemy twice".
I'm not sure if he's playable thou. Maybe give him charge too?
