Is this happening to anyone else since the new patch? It's the same for all of my heroes, I enter the game, and it's the default hero portrait instead. 

Same on my account. A bug maybe?

Maybe they want more money and we have to buy them back?

They said they wanted new players to feel more included, so they reset all ranked wins. You will have to earn the 500 and 1000 wins one more time.
