I'm referring to the meta difference between D5 to Legend and the Legend ranks itself.
I'm curious about this from some of the guys who make it to legend every month, because for me it usually becomes a drag after I hit D5 to the point which I have to get filthy and grind with quest warrior or libram paladin.
How aggro does it get, cause even from D5 to Legend becomes annoying at times, and I really wanted to try some other more fun decks which require a good amount of dust since I do not have all the cards for them.
In my experience, D5 to legend is always a grind because everyone thinks they're going to be a grandmaster one day and need to only play the best, most refined decks.
If you can stomach it and hit legend, the lower ranks are usually more fun and diverse, but closer to the top people get very "try-hardy" again.
Personally, I just roll into ladder using whatever janky deck I'm feeling that day and see how far it can go. Haven't hit legend for a while, but sometimes a deck surprises me and gets on a roll.
D5 is people who play off meta / meme decks. D4 is a mix of those named before who managed to get a few wins and people who try hard to climb for legend. D3-D1 tier 1-2 meta decks, you can find decklists everywhere on internet. Dumpster legend is like D5, high legend is meta decks like the ones from D4 to D1.

I just hit Legend in Wild using a deck that countered all the Pirate Warrior and Odd Hunter. Easy 70% winrate
